Zomato — zomato is not willing to refund my money. | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, Order ID: #[protected] Amount: 190 Rs. Payment Mode: Freecharge Wallet Order Date: 17/05/2019 at 19:11 I had ordered Veg Hyderabadi Biryani and Paneer Baby Corn through zomato app on 17th May 2019 at 07:11 p.m. but instead of these two orders I had received wrong items (Palak Biryani and Palak Baby Corn). I had contacted zomato customer care for 2-3 times and they promised a full refund in 24-48 hours, but they didn't credit my refund in freecharge wallet. It has been 11 days since I didn't get my refund. When will they refund my money? I request you to please look into the matter and take immediate action. Thanks! Was this information helpful? | |||
