Zomato — zomato - money debited but order was not processed and payment status incomplete

Ordered food on Zomato on 27 December 2020 at 9.51 pm and I selected upi payment through Bhim .The money got deducted from my account and credited to [protected]@hdfc bank but in Zomato app is showed payment could not be processed .How am.i.supposed to get my money back ? I emailed customer support numerous times but no proper response.They are saying to contact bank and upon calling the bank, they are saying that the money has already been debited from my account and successfully credited to zomato's HDFC account and they cannot help me get back my funds which has already been credited to zomato's bank account .Zomato has not refunded my money and neither has given my food order .Please help me get back my money .The total amount paid is 398.01 INR .The order ID [protected].
