Zomato — zomato-money deducted but app shows incomplete payment

I ordered from box8 restaurant through Zomato app. i made a payment of 191rs. The amount got deducted using google pay. But it shows that the payment is incomplete and the order wasn't placed. Tried chatting on the app but the person stopped responding after some time and there was no way i could contact him. I want the deducted amount back. There is no customer care number officially available to contact Zomato. How do i expect my money to be refunded? What they are doing is complete fraud
