i am purchased the samsung battery pack 25000mah vt. with samsung memory card 64 gb. memory cord is working . but samsung power bank zoniic order no [protected] was not working . they are cheet me & meny more peoples suffered like me. this is not correctway to online shoping. i am very plese ban this type of bussiness..

But when i received the product i was shocked because the power bank is totally duplicate without any garrantee card or any thing mention on it it is fake not working, kindly replace or refund my money...

wo kuch dino bad mere ghar per aa gya ekart wale leker aa gye.

I cant play any video by using these memory card, It's totally waste. I bought a combo pack of 64gb+128gb Samsung evo memory card out of which 64gb is not working while 128gb is giving me only 8gb.

I tried my best to make the 64tb card work, but this did not work and all my efforts were futile. I tried 128gb card and shockingly it was only 8gb, but it was working.

When I tried to contact the customer care of the zoniic.com they did not have any number and also they have somehow...

The above mentioned shopping site (Zoniic.com) give add on facebook.in that add zoniic.com showing orginal product picture of samsung sd card. I think it's orginal, i ordered the card. When the card reached in my hand i am totally disappointed.. Because it's not samsung sd card, i think some damaged card printed samsung. So please enquire and take action against this type of cheating online shopping site. Am attaching the add photo and product...

And i requested to indian government & customer help center for take hardly action for selling duplicates product, i also requested to samsung for take action due to very large effect of your brand...

It's completely dissatisfied products and received damaged one, power bank's back cover look like in open condition already tried to open this and seems like power bank and memory card both are fake, even power bank and card both are not working properly, these items sold by the name of samaung but its a false one, I want to return these Plz arrange the reverse pickup....
