[Resolved] Zoom Car — security deposit & fuel charges | |
Hi i am yaswanth, I have book a zoom car on 30st may 2020 & delivered it back on 31st may 2020. I haven't received my refund till now it has been 42 days which is far more than their refund policy details (15 days from the date of delivery). Initial days when i have contacted the customer care they have requested me to wait for a week and its been 42 days. When i have contacted the near by zoom car manager he said as per the yes bank issue he has requested me to wait for a week and it has passed 2 weeks more. I have been sending the mails to zoom car daily, but till now there is no response till now. I haven't received any amount from Zoom car even after 5 months 22 days, I am not sure what is the delay in process their own policies. Looks like it is clearly a cheating & misguiding Indian consumers. Could any one please let me know how should i proceed further ?
