Zopnow Retail — Amount deducted order not received 1453.50

I have raised the ticket prior related to complain on order id not generated

Have placed the order a week ago however order id not generated and amount deducted 1453.50 I have sent 4 emails regarding the same from email id [protected]@gmail.com but no reply received from ZOP NOW

Moreover seems there is system problem WITH ZOP NOW, I have raised TICKET THRICE however no information received seems it routed confirmation to another email id which was unknown to me!!

Please check and send me the ticket no @

If not received it means there is something wrong and ZOP NOW is responsible for the same !!

You may please refund my money else I need to proceed to file complain against ZOP NOW
