Two times 9 Rs. deducted from my balanceon 7th july.. without any information...you have activated 9 rs sms pack two times...Why?? i have not used any USSD ... you are cheating your customer...i will change(port) it in jio sim.. jio is best..you are cheater...refund my 18 rs...please send my money..you are doing cheap mistakes always with my no.??......

I want to switch my service provider but unable to send porting message, i am getting error code 21

Dear sir,

I have not activated any internet pack in aircel but this "ndmc170317" pack is auto activated and as a result daily 2 rupees are getting deducted from my account.
I request you to either deactivate this pack and return my money back (Which is deducted so far) or disconnect this number permanently, i don't want to continue with this fraud company. I'm trying to connect your customer care and they are not taking...

Aircel karnataka has the worst 3g speed. I have made several complain for aircel 3g data speed but till date speed is not up to the mark. It reminds me of bsnl land line internet connection speed i used to use in my collage days. At collage days used to disconnect the connection and used to reconnect to get speed, now also staying in the it hub bangalore aircel karnataka gives the same experience. If you read my mail pls stop selling cheap...

I have a issue with a incoming call service.

When I contacted 198 ! They directed me to contact near by Aircel showroom for incoming call issue!!! They stated that they can not find the reason for this issue.

No Call forwarding
No Network problem
No issue with hand set it works with other network well.


Solve my issue as soon as possible...

I having a vary great iassue with aircel call drop and poor network problem. Signal strength is very low and show only 2-3 bars and half of the time it showa no service and i using aircel from last 7 years. Not only inside the house but in my locality it has weak signal strngth.

The Aircel Num is ported to airtel in month of Jan ... but need a call list details of Aircel Num ... via regular govt procedure ... can I get it from Aircel ??? How many months call list details can I get from Aircel company, even after porting to airtel ? Presently the Num is in airtel network ...plz reply ... how many months call details I can get from Aircel company after porting it to airtel ... via standard govt documents & regular...

I have used rs9 internet pack last week near 27 june 2017. but after 24 hours it is renewed automatic and my rs9 was deducted from my balance till now.
then i called to customer care and they said to dial *121*901# to deactivate the service and i did the same but next day it was renewed again.
Then i called customer care again and then they said that we will deactivate your service and you will got message within 4 hours.br...

I have activate net pack of 2 rs daily, now I don't want that pack and want to deactivate it. I called to customer care, they told that it has been deactivated but still on next day 2 rs has been deducted from my main balance then I tried for many USSD code for deactivating this net pack service but did not get any assurance that wheater my service is deactivate or not. So kindly its my request please deactivate this service....

We have taken 3 numbers for our company. we tried to port our numbers. We have paid excess amount than the outstanding due. Aircel is rejecting the numbers due to outstanding pending. Aircel customer service is too bad. Aircel is the worst network that i've used ever. Resolve the issue, otherwise we recommend our concern companies to change their aircel numbers to some other network....

I have recharged with 343 where free charge said I will be getting 14gb day and 14 GB night. I just got 500 mb and calls are also capped to 200 mins below is the screenshot from freecharge...

Aircel company is now cheating their customers.. They deduct my 57 rs. Balance without any reason.. They started vas on my no. Without any activation.. I did not active any plan..
