I received a message from bt_saptlr. I am not in bt. Message content is "your son did not attend the class on today (12.07.2017)."

I checked with my kid school. It is not from them and my son's school name is no way related to saptlr.

I called customer care to know about sender and why this message sent to me. But no luck. Please help me on this....

I recharged with ₹49 night data pack using ussd *121*49# on my aircel number. (Data pack and ussd code i got from official website)
My balance deducted but data pack not activated on my number.
Called customer care yesterday and he told me that it will get activate at 12:00am (Still not got)
Now i'm calling again and my call get disconnect every time...

My aircel puk blocked my aircel no [protected]
My alternate no [protected]...

I am from up east, i have recharge 289 3g net pack it give 10 gb day and 10 gb night pack. Its working 2-3 days fine but after its speed is very slow i call 1 week to costumer care but he did not resolve problem. Still i have 7 gb night and 4 db day data available in my account, very bad services aircel i never use again aircel.

Last week i have recharged for 55 rs. Without my knowledge all the amount debited for music contest and ilayaraja songs. Then i spoke to customer service, they don't reply properly. I went to aircel office thiruchengodu, they are asking me to call customer care. Nccp is active now. (Already stopped calls and sms from aircel). After that i have recharged for 30 rs. Within a day that amount also gone for ilayaraja songs.. I didn't get any calls...

I am using this no from last 5 years now i am getting lot o[censored]nknown no calls from various no's. Hi sir i got missed calls from last 15days unknown no's. Hi yesterday night i have received 1 sms from aircel for masti mall and video store services activated for [protected] number. But i did not activate any kind of services. Please deactivate masti mall services and i tried through vas to stop that services. But i am not able to deactivate. My balance 35 rs also debit from my number so please refund my money and please do not activate any services without customer knowledge and deactivate masti...

I am trying to send port sms to 1900 but it always failed i thing aircel has blocked there service so no one can switch to other network i am switching because i am unable to get banking messages from my bank i went there and told about this they said that ur number is registered kindly contact your network operator i contacted aircel they said that your services are working properly...

Sir, i didn't use the aircel sim for the past 4 months. So i think the services have been disconnected. I wish to continue using the aircel sim. Kindly resume the services.

In my aircel no. [protected] it has been barred for last 12 days. I have been contacting the customer care & nearest aircel office several times. But, i have not yet received the proper reply from both sides.in this connection, i have faced lot of problems due this issue. Hence, please intervene in this matter and solve this issue.

I have incurred lot of losses for the above issue....

I recharged my phone [removed] with rs 77 but it is credited into free promo balance. Please transfer the amount into main balance because free promo balance has only validity of 5 days. Now it has a balance of rs 34 but i don't want this amount i free promo balance kindly transfer this amount into main balance. After recharge the amount shown in free promo balance was rs 95 but only for one day now it has changed into rs 34....

I made a recharge of 245 for 3g usage. Still money is deducted from main balance. When i called customer care he said this happens when you are not in aircel network. This is not the first time. Still in home network this happened thrice before.. Till now i habe lost 400 apprx from main bal and 245 for internet recharge. Now i am in aircel network but no solution
. Aircel and its cc representatives are very stupid. Dont use aircel network....

I am using aircel number ([protected]) for more than 10 years. Last month i changed my circle from chennai to tamilnadu. After that i am not receiving any incoming messages (Around 22nd jun onwards). I am able to send messages. When i contacted customer care, they asked me all sort of questions and asked to change the phone settings, phones etc. Even after trying thse, nothing worked out. Then they took the complaint, but automatically closed...

I have not subscribed with vas (Dd-5in1alrt) and that has respective alert has charged me rs.30/-. So, kindly refund and stop the service as soon as possible.
Evertime i am getting the alert messages in a multiple numbers.
I am providing the approx. Date the service has been subscribed is 5th july 2017.

Please help me to unsubscribe from dd-5in1alrt.

I have been trying to port out of aircel since the past few weeks but am unable to do so. The message just doesnt get delivered. My number is [protected]. Whenever I call the helpline I never get a proper answer. I have spoken to the other provider too, but even they cannot help me untill i get a UPC. I have tried sending the message to 1900 10 times now and all of them are undelivered. MNP cannot be so difficut, all I can think of is maybe...
