Hi... My aircel number [protected] is blocked last two days and I was not other Sim card. So please help me for unlock my aircel Sim card as soon as possible earlier for my number I want my new Puk code early...

My self shabbir kantawala a retailer in South mumbai had recharged a customer for 249 unlimited plan which gives unlimited data and call for 28 days now when customer received d confirmation msg he got validity of 15 days he started argument with me that I gave him wrong information so I called retailer helpline number 299 for d query but no positive reply I got ..if aircel cannot care for customers then they should better stop there services...

Our numbers are postpaid - [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. We applied port for those above numbers by messaging in January.they called from customer care and we justified our reason for porting. But no response after that. After the validity expires again by February we ported again by messaging.again called by customer care but nothing takes place till date for porting our numbers to other mobile network. We are frustrated...

On checking, after dealing*125#, my mobile no-[protected] showed Main Balance Rs508.20 at today morning. At presnt balanc shows Rs 342.64 (I.e 4=30PM). In between this time I talked to Ph. No.[protected] at 1=07 PM for 2Min Max & Ph No.-[protected] at 2=42 PM for Max 1Min. Then how this much deduction is possible. I shall appreciate to get back the extra amount deducted by default. I am a Retired Senior Citizen Person of 72 yrs old and can not...

My incoming calls is working, but i am not able to make outgoing calls or even snd sms from it.

I am very upset that since yesterday afternoon nobody is picking on aircel mobile toll free numbers 121 and 198. It was urgent that I need to speak to one of the customer care person. But nothing. Very poor and bad services of aircel mobile department. Lack of responsibility on the customer care executives side. Are they so busy.

Data recharge of 12 rup renewal everyday. Even i tried many time to deactivate it. I tried to contact customer care but not getting any positive response. I tried everything possible option as i can try.
Since i am not getting any solution so it's frustrating me.
Kindly deactivate it or i will take legal action & will complain about it.

I don't my call details how to chek my details...

There's a service activated on my aircel no. [protected]. i've called customer care so many times but they haven't deactivated it yet.
the service is of 75 mb 3g data in rs. 12 everyday they charge me rs. 12, although i've told them to deactivate it. please resolve it otherwise i will go to the consumer court and it will make the matter more problematic....

Dear Aircel team,
This is a very very noncense call rates on Valentine's days. How it possible Rs. 1.50/minutes? When I called customer care they said it's because of Valentine's day! This is the first time I got calls rate in all the Telecom industry. I can say without any doubt it's very very bad service provider in the Telecom industry....

I have activated cricket alert service on aircel no [protected]. But at time of deactivating it is saying to dial 155223 to deactivate. But this says no service activated in this no. i have also tried calling to 198. still i am facing the same problem .It is getting activated automatically on daily basis.
tell me how to deactivate it bcz it is very irritating....

I had recharges Rs.249 for Free STD/Local call.But after recharged I made a call STD but balance deducted from my main a/c. After that I talked with Aircel Customer Care. He said the plan has been changed i.e Rs.299 in place of Rs.249. I requested by email & over phone to change the plan from Rs.249 to Rs.299 & additional amount deduct from my main a/c. But they denied.

It is very poor service suddenly you changed the plan...
