I want to port my Aircel service to other service...Message not send to 1900 (Universal port number) from last two days. Even I called their complaint number 198, they keep saying me their server is down.

It is something blocked by Aircel, just to ensure that no body is able to PORT from aircel to other providers.

I am registering a complaint on January 26th 3017 but I am not received any conformation or valid replay.So I need your replay please must examine my complaint...

I m aircel customer since 7to 8 months in dis period mostly my balnc is deducted unnecessary but now i recharge for rate cutters its deduct my money & not activating services when i call customers care they put my call on hold for long its not good aircel company is a cheater cheater my number is[protected] its shows som offers when reached they say we dont have this typ of service...

Sir my number which is [protected] are missing please blocked this number soonly . Our all message and passwords like exam form bank account and many more data save in this number . So I request to you politely please block this number in seriously....

Aircel is fraud company as captioned 2 services got activated on my aircel number [protected] without my consent and every day balance is getting deducted from my account. This is cheating by aircel to make money by defrauding customers. I urge TRAI and Aircel senior management to look into this matter and refund unwarranted amount deducted from my account....

For the last few days there is no network in my Aircel sim. I have inserted it in other phones as well but of no use. I am currently not in my home location so can't go to the place where I took the sim. I really need the number. So please provide me a solution. I think my sim might have been deactivated. On 26th Jan. 2017, on 121 offer for me was 45 TT on 40 recharge and and 500 mb data on recharge of rs. 24 but I got only 31 TT and 100 mb data.
Today one of them called and talks very rudely without listening my point.
My words are just that I had recharge many times that kind of recharges but I never mention to any retailer for specific discussion about specific or general recharge.
If they are providing any special...

I want to convert my Aircel postpaid plan to prepaid due to increased bill amount to pay monthly. i have gone nearest Aircel showroom where i have registered for postpaid plan but they are refusing to convert my sim to prepaid. hence i request you to please process the same which will be affordable to me .

My current plan is 399rs where i am getting charge 600rs monthly.please do the needful...

i paid postpaid bill payment for december 2016 rs 252 twice on january 9, 2017
this month again bill was raised for rs 272 can you sent account summary to email id [protected]@gmail.com.please do inform the best way to know the bills made to the account and eagerly awaiting the prtocess to happen as quickly as possible because this month febraury bill also paid for the claim made on behalf.

My no [protected], pls call and give an solution for deactivation of data from my plan .but I not deactivate my plan from my mobile or return statement so pls give solution r cancel all my postpaid numbers [protected], 77989, 87989, 97989 I called my showroom office and asked d details but they said that we not deactivate my plan from your number so I called to customer support as thrice but all saying different of information about my plan...

My num [protected], used only for a month and close the service before Aug, 2017. when i have paid the last bill that time i requested the person to deactivate my number that time he told me that number will be deactivated but still i am receiving the bill which i have not used. Also Many ppl calling and threatening me to pay the outstanding amount....

I have activated pocket internet pack24 on aircel no. But at time of deactivating it is saying to dial *121*2401# to deactivate which is not working ussd.
i have also tried calling to 198. still i am facing the same problem .It is getting activated automatically
tell me how to deactivate it bcz it is very irritating.
Also tell me a general way to deactivate any service that is currently being activated...

Aircel no. [protected] is not working. While dialing it sounds switch off. No network signals shown.

Actually I got missed call alert SMS from Aircel from +52299 for that i replied "GET" to get the details. But Aircel claiming this as international sms because i sent GET to 0052299.
I have a proof that i sent this with +52299 attached with this. I raised complaints to Aircel but still now there is no proper response.

And today i received a message link thanks for choosing the pack of aircel nyassa trail pack.

I am activated sms pack by self recharge*121*2# on 1/2/2017at 4:41pm.After activation I sent a request for deactivation to*121*5601#on same date at5:19pm and got successful deactivation msg.Buy sorry to informe you that on 2/2/2017at 1:23am it was renew again.I complain to cc to refund my amount.But they can't do .
Please look into the matter and do the needful.It is malicious practice of your company. You plz.contact me on [protected]...

I had submitted an application for migrating 4 of our group members aircel mobile numbers from post paid to prepaid at a customer care center, on 26th December 2016. I was informed that the migration would be effected within 15 days asked me to pay the charges and rentals for the deemed 15 days. I paid the amounts mentioned immediately. Even after a month and more, I have not got any response. The people at the customer care also sound helpless...
