Not able to send PORT message to 1900

I want to port my Aircel service to other service...Message not send to 1900 (Universal port number) from last two days. Even I called their complaint number 198, they keep saying me their server is down.

It is something blocked by Aircel, just to ensure that no body is able to PORT from aircel to other providers.

Deducting money & not given services

I m aircel customer since 7to 8 months in dis period mostly my balnc is deducted unnecessary but now i recharge for rate cutters its deduct my money & not activating services when i call customers care they put my call on hold for long its not good aircel company is a cheater cheater my number is[protected] its shows som offers when reached they say we dont have this typ of service...

Replied to Missed call alert number charged as International SMS & With out selecting or choosing Nyassa trail pack free is added to my account

Actually I got missed call alert SMS from Aircel from +52299 for that i replied "GET" to get the details. But Aircel claiming this as international sms because i sent GET to 0052299.
I have a proof that i sent this with +52299 attached with this. I raised complaints to Aircel but still now there is no proper response.

And today i received a message link thanks for choosing the pack of aircel nyassa trail pack.

No response for application submitted for migration from post paid to prepaid

I had submitted an application for migrating 4 of our group members aircel mobile numbers from post paid to prepaid at a customer care center, on 26th December 2016. I was informed that the migration would be effected within 15 days asked me to pay the charges and rentals for the deemed 15 days. I paid the amounts mentioned immediately. Even after a month and more, I have not got any response. The people at the customer care also sound helpless...
