It's a cyber crime. Someone else is using bank officers details and name and accounts for banking fraud.
We have forwarded the complaint to bank as well as cyber crime cell.
Please provide the details so that we can solve the issue asap.

Fake and fraud

I recharge my phone with 104rs for local amd national calling .they send recharge success messege to retailer but not to me .when i went to customer centre they are very odd to speak THEY DONT HAVE SENCE HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMER. they also kept my number at busy.when i call them they always said only one thing that our all executive are busy with other. they are just ****...

I recharged with Rs.222 seeing on the website which said it will give me a talk time of Rs.245. However, the balance is now showing in promo balance not main balance. I spoke to customer care, they were not helpful at all. There straight away said they cannot do anything.

I called them as soon as I saw that the balance was recharged and asked for a refund which they say is not an option at all.
