Sir, whenever i recharges my aircel no. [protected] through online banking or from shop. After 2-3 days ₹5 deducts from my main balance. I have complaint 6 times to customer care but they always say that u hav download video. But sir i use WI-FI so why would i use net by my sim. Whenever i call them they use to say that don't worry sir next time it will not happen but every time it happens ...plz do something sir...

My aircel number is [protected]. I got a message that for rc198. U will get 1gb internet + 1gb additional internet for 28 days on 30/04/2016. So, i recharged rc198 through aircel website. After that i got message that enjoy 750mb internet for 21 days. Please take an action. I have attached that snapshot of the message also. Spoke with customer care. But they are not changing to the mentioned plan...

I had rechared my aircel phone by Rs. 70 next day i found that my balance is rs.20 only. Dailer tune has been activated by company without my permission & cut my balance by rs. 50 next day i found that my balance is rs. 14 only.

My name is bina and i am complaining for my maid dhanalakshmi. This is very sorry state of affairs. My maid called aircel office in chennai, to pursue and complaint and the employees were playing on innocence asking her again and again to call the same number, the number being [protected]. She innocently called again and again. Fortunately she had me as a witness, me!!!
She called from[protected].The employees were toying with her....

I had recharged with rs. 9 and rs. 693 (Internet packs). Transaction id fsm[protected], recharge reference no. Bh72770309711461903292673. Both recharge and payment status display success but when i dial *130# it shows 0 data balance. When i restarted my phone it shows that the sim is invalid!
Hoping an instant and immediate response to my complaint....

Aircel has deducted my 35 rupees without any reason. My number is [protected] up east zone. I have not activated any service or tariff from my side neither have i given any such consent. Aircel has been doing this earlier also; and also its complain helpline ignores by telling "server problem call after some time".
Please provide me my money back; and take necessary action against such actions of this company.

My aircel sim is blocked due to puk code my ph. No [protected] and sim no. Is[protected] 7 and my e-mail id is [protected]@gmail.com main problem is that i can't recieve the message on my phone so please send puk code on my mail. Even if i try to call me by other mobile it says it is switched off than how come messages will come. So please respond to my complaint as early as possible. Thank you...

I am happy customer for Aircel .my aircel no is [protected].But today I am very sad for my Wong Balance dedication amount is 600 Indian rupees. I'm contract for our Aircel customer care 3 time in a day but no help any agent for my problem.

Any VAS service like drizzling queen or full songs download pack was not activated by me. I am sure that This pack was automatically activate in my phone. Aircel is a 3rd class service. 198 number I am trying 50 times but I fail to solve my problem. It's network also bad. I use Vodafone and airtel sim but I am not facing this type problem in my life....

This is ashok kumar from chennai and my mobile number is [protected].

Actually, we already we had a complaint regarding bill issue on jan 14 2016 and resolved on feb 27.

After that my total outstanding is shown as 167 rs.

In the next month i got my e-bill, and in that it showing you total outstanding as 1500.In the adjustment, they have mentioned 1000 rs.

Today I received a call from Delhi court [protected], stating that i have a bill amount of Rs.1603 and it has to be paid immediately otherwise a case will be filed on me in Aminjikarai police station. I had called customers care for reducing my call rates they said ok sir we will solve this issue and giving u best call rates but then also my call rates were as usual no changes then i had word with Customer care for 3 more time then also same problem. This to inform you that from yesterday my incoming call not coming, while somebody calling me its showing incoming facility blocked by customer nd also not going any call nd i also not able to use data even i have check with other phone it showing same things.
I have also recharge it with₹50 according to customer help line.

On 26th April @ 7.38pm a SMS has been sent to my no [protected] stating that an amount of rupees 25 has been deducted from my balance against my request( their fraudulent claim). See their SMS sent to me. It is not fair. What Aircel is such a cheap company?????
