Aircel company pahle bhi froad giri karti thi but ab itna jyada ke amount ki froadgiri karegi. . Meri request hai is site se ki ya ti meri problem solved kar di jaye ya mai claim karu by advocate....

Balance deduction for VAS

While I was browsing the Internet, I received an sms that rs5 has been deducted from my account for some FASHION AND GLAMOUR WEEKLY pack, and said it'll auto renew for rs35 a week so I stopped it with the no. provided 155223 by messaging. Misbehave by customer care executive

Deduction of balance after every 2 days

After 2 to 3 days of activation of my aircel sim. Games club service with auto renewable automatically got activated. It is deducting balance after every two days. Whenever i try to deactivate it is saying no service is activated. But my balance is getting deducted with a message.

So i want you to deactivate the service as well as i want you to refund my balance....

Namma namitha service activation without my permission

I don't know what is namma namitha. Today when i wanted to make some phone call suddenly saw my balance is 0 (It was 35 rs in the morning) then i received a message telling me thank you for subscribing to namma namitha. You have been charged rs 35 for 7 days and your service will be auto renewed with the same charges. What the hell is this. I havn't sent any activation message or made i call to activate a service about what i know nothing...

Auto Renewal STV-33, Billing & Charging Docket Dt: 05/06/2016-19:00:32

I have been using auto renewal facility for very long time on my prepaid mobile but this time Aircel have been at fault & they are to be blamed for this.

I lost my phone xiaomi Mi4i on 11th May 2016 & my sim was off but on 12th May my sim was on & that person(thief) was using my sim for outgoing & incoming calls. I have confirmed this from customer care. But I asked them to provide me the location else my call details so I can get the details of that person. Aircel people told me if I visit their store they will provide me the details because I am in bangalore now & my sim is from Rajashthan...

Balance deduction and refund issue

Aircel always deduct balance without any reason. I have been using it since last 6 months & It deducted my main balance when I called to customer support executive. They always say we are not able to help you.This is not fair If you don't know any reason about it then why you deduct balance.

Regarding aircel postpaid surrender

I am badhusha from trichy, tamilnadu. I am using aircel postpaid connection. There is no proper response from customer care and no network coverage inside home. So many time i have complained, but there is no response. I tried to port out from aircel, but they didn't give approval to new port in company. Now i am planning to go abroad. Wrong recharge online

Unfair deduction of balance

Glamour zone rs 35 on 02 may. Full songs download rs 05 on 05 may. Dazzling queens balance don't know but deactivate after and namma namitha on 05 may. Limitless music rs 30 on 10 may.
