Hi sir I am kishor kumar sen, 60 rupees debited from my balance in three times but i complained customercare person, they told me within 24hrs you will get your money but i didn't got my balance and the customercare service is showing all lines are busy so i want to refund my money or i will make it portability.plz solution this matter.without my knowledge how quiz and vas are being activated .so solve it plz.mob no-[protected]...

Im used to regularly recharge Rs.99 and getting service.
Last Sunday and Monday I had recharged Rs.99 topup. completely credited into promo balance.
Now im really disappointment and help me out how to use this promo balance....

They are theap.recharge plans information are hide.and giving msg that u recharge 75rs u"ll get 100.but not given.when i called then they tells the hide plan.that u cant recharge more than 2 times.....

My aircel number was working well since the beginning but from last two months every time i recharge my number they cut the balance and no reason is being provided. this has cost me around rs. 400 in last 2 months, when i go to aircel offices they tell me that services are down and they are not getting how the balances are being cut. i am frustrated from all these, please help me out.

Not canecting castamar Care and complaint( 121&198) and discanecting call of canected castamar care numbers 30rupes deducting and not response before 3 days continually I'm calling but wast of my time lot of days tha warest network Aircel...

I am using aircel network number ([protected]). Last month (Jan 6th 2016) I received a message from DK-60006. It says as follows:

Dear Customer Special Offer Only for U! Recharge with RC35 & make all Local Aircel calls @ 10p/min for full 60days.

After i received the message i should make recharge for Rs.35 and then i receive a message from DD-Aircel. It shows as follows:

Hi, i had protable my odisha aircel sim to karnataka aircel sim, i got a msg from aircel for activation before 2days, as per msg yesterday my sim has actived but after i put new sim, network is not coming.i try 2/3 times switch off/on but still network is not coming what can i do, can u plz help me imidiately, what can i do now???...

Hello sir.. Recently 5 days back I book aircel sim online.. After two days aircel sim was delivered to my home. I
Have submitted all the requires proofs and photo graph.. Its 5th day till now my sim wasn't activated..

My mobile number is [protected]. On Feb 8, 2016 Rs 50 was debited from my balance towards video talkies VAS subscription without my knowledge. I called up the customer care and asked for a refund and they provided me the docket number 1-[protected]. On Feb 9, 2016 I received a message saying my issue is resolved. However I did not get a refund still

And on Feb 10, 2016 @ 4.10 PM, another 50 rupees was debited...

Aircel is good service provider but sometimes they can't fulfill his customer needs.
i am using internet then some service would be activated i call customer care and i am tell her to refund my money. but they made wrong complaint for closer of service this is the fault of customer care
i want to refund my money
otherwise i choose MNP to other service provider

Sir 5/2/16 ko Raat me 9:35 pr mere Aircell no [protected] se 49 rupees dedutct ho gya. maine complain kiya to 48 Ghante me paise wapas ho jayenge ye customer care officer ne bataya and ye complain No diya 1_[protected] and 1_[protected] diya. 3 time call krne pr btaya gaya ki aap ka paisa 2 Ghante me wapas ho jayega abhi thoda network problem h but ab tk nhi huwa .
aj senior officer sakhchi ne kaha ki ab aap ka paisa waps nhi hoga...

I deactivated video talkies 50 on[protected] by morning.But at 1.07pm i have been charged again and got a msg tat talkies is activated. All my balance are getting lost. if i send a msg to 155223 typing STOP, i getting reply that nothing is activated. Pls kindly deactivate it orelse change my operator to airtel....

Rs30 &Rs35 deducted respectivly on 29-jan-2016&on 6th feb 2016 for vas which I have not subscribed atall.I request my money back.Stop this type of chiting to aircel customer....

Today, While am browsing they have deducted unknowingly. This is not the first time happening to me. I have already changed one of my number to other network. I am using one more number and they are doing the same here. Unnecessarily deducting money and saying some stories. None of the networks are doing like this Except AIRCEL. Very worst service they are providing.

I need my money back, if not i have 4 aircel numbers more...

We recharged for special top up recharge through epayment.aircel.com their online recharge site for Rs.103 on Feb 6, 2016. The web page claimed to give benefits of 103 rupees full talk time value + 103 MB data usage + 103 sms free.

But, to my dismay I found that though I did not make much calls, the balance was shown to be too low even by Feb 8, 2016.
