I request, i made an MNP to your service for 800 minutes free/1.5GB data plan but your
street outlet made 349 plan.After i requested to change in your stores in vain, expressed 3 months time.I kindly request you to change to MNP347, otherwise i will have to withdraw from your network and change my network. expecting quicker reply from your side...

Chosen yr MNP Plan 347 for 800 minutes free/1.5 gb data. Through roadside temporary outlet, by mistake, activated 349 plan reported to yr aircel stores, asked to wait for 3 months. Now I request you to change to MNP 347 Plan else I have to change to someother network. Requesting your reply as soon as possible....

I have been using Aircel for almost 10 years now, have seen their service degrade day by day... now it has gonbe to a extent that im not getting any calls except missed cal alert.. made numerous complaints but its of no use.. Even govt employees wil work but not these guys, they wil simply close case before it breaches their deadline (3 days). A guy named Anantaraman was speakin(at 7:02) his only motto is to defend the closure of case I raised...

Roaming related problem to your side all ready talk to customers care but no response aircel service I m disappointed first time to aircel service I am all ready four mouth roaming free recharge but no problem face to me first time this kind of problem incoming call deduction my balance so please resolve this kind of problem....

This is to inform you that I recharged for Rs.104/ as per your message on 09/02/2016 at 4.53p.m through kotak netbanking but so far the amount is not credited. Kindly look into this matter and do the needful.

I have had recharged of rs. 67, becouse aircel app was showing to free on aircel to aircel. But after recharged i got 500 mb internet balance. Which i was not needed.
I have complained to coustomer care but he replyed me that its your foult.But i was complaining again and again after all i recived a msg your complain has resolved. But i was got nothing.
I have cheated completly....

Sir I purchase new aircel sim on 29 Dec 2015. And at the time of purchase retailer promise to low call rate for one year but after one and half months my call rates have been increased. Call centres also not provided any solution. What can I do???

I have ported my number to Aircel postpaid on November. From December onward they keep on billing in the name of value added services. I have called the customer care several times regarding the issue they keep on telling that they will provide refund once the bill is generated. Finally if i call after the generation of fill they ask me to pay the bill and informed that weaver has been raised and it will be reduced in the next bill.

Dear sir I am using Aircel since 2011 and I got bad experience many time all the experience were from customer care executives. I need a service in which I can check myself of last deduction of my account which will give me some relax from your side. As I have doubt that many time I lost some money and cant find the answer from your customer care side. this is embarrassing and shows your poor quality of service....

An amount of about Rs. 50 to 60/- has been deducted from my Aircel No [protected] before 2-3 days ago apart from this I have recharged a tariff of Rs 32 to my aircel number which provide On net call Local/STD Rs 15p/minute but I am being charged more for the on net calls. I have called many time to customer care on 198 but they told me that their server is down. The same excuse has been given all the time when I called them on 198.

I am an Aircel subscriber and about daily i have been charged for some services activated automatically. On calling Customer care, they are telling that i subscribed it using internet. Which is impossible. I only use WA on mobile internet and rarely FB. No browsing at all. WA & FB is used only through app.

Still no money has been redeemed and only they are charging the amount which is totally fraud.

I received a massage from company .In which written recharge with 53 and get 1 GB INTERNET for one month. I recharge from Paytm. They say recharge from retailer..Now they not pick my call....

I have purchased the New Aircel number ( [protected]) connection with facility of 30 paise/Minute on Local and STD for Six months . On 6th Feb i called Landline STD and it charged me Approx 22 Rs for 710 Sec.

When i called customer care for the same, they updated that call charges are different for Landline STD and that is 3 Paise /second.

There is nothing mentioned in the Posters or their displays which shows...

I am presently Nagaland . my Aircel sim is Maharashtra . aircel terrif plan is 29 rs for roming incoming call free for 28 days . i am recharge 29 rs my sim no [protected]. But my no chrged rs 0.45 paise /m . i am calling to customer care many times but my component not solved. Please sir solve my complaint . thank you....

This nmbr is callng me nd giving me slang language s well s saying that u can, t find the nmbr detail bcx its without document sim...u can, t do anything...
so I need information about this nmber s bcx some company provide sim without documents to do this type of thng s wel s crime also, , , , , , so I request u to look aftr the problem s soon s posble...the nmber is [protected].its a west Bengal sim....
