Please note i entertained on 4th Oct-2017 for porting from vodafone to Airtel all nacessary will be fulfiled and card also handed over but till date same is not activated since 11 days please do necessary immidiate possible

I got a new postpaid connection of plan 499 (+gst), which says unlimited local + std, unlimited roaming (Incoming), 100 sms pack, 5 gb internet (Extra 25 gb) & outgoing are chargeable in roaming.

1. I am in roaming, and being charged for incoming calls.
2. I am in roaming and unable to make outgoing calls.

The 4G plan does not have any kind of connectivity speed . We can not use any site .
The speed which is there is 0.03k/s, 1.15k/s. Not even one site can be opened....

I am using airtel broadband connection ‭[protected]‬ from a long back. I have made a payment but not getting credited in my account.
I have raised a complaint on [protected]@airtel.com before 15 days but my issue is not getting resolved and now from past 4-5 days i am not getting any update from customer care. I have requested them by email also. But did not get any update.

Airtel has deducted whatever the balance i had for one of the call where as i have activated an unlimited call pack and is still active.

When i enquired about the reason for deduction they told it was a international call where as i called a number with +91*.

After a lot of argument they promised me that they will refund the amount but till now i have not received it.
