Dear sir,
I am a post paid customer bearing no [protected]. That there is frequent network issue in our locality. I have complaint many times regarding the same but it seems you are not taking the matter seriously.
Secondly i am using my plan 549, with billing amount of nearly 770 per month and it seems it is of no use as the prepaid customer is getting all the benefits recharging 399.

My airtel sim is of kolkata circle. It shows no network signal when i am in pune. Although customer care and airtel stores assure sim is ok and sim slot is ok, there is no network signal while roaming in pune. Restarting the phone or searching the network does not help. My no. I had approached airtel relationship center rajbagh srinagar j&k twice on 19th august at 11 am and today on 5:30 pm for linking my aadhar no. With my airtel mobile no. Complaint lodged on 16/07/2017 with reference number [protected] and same is not yet resolved, but airtel is smartly closed the complaint without contacting me..!! Then again one more complaint raised on 16-aug-17 with the reference number 78660802. Astonishingly, no one in airtel customer care service tries either to understand the exact issue or to solve the issue.! I am fed up with follow up and planning to switch to other service provider....
