I aniket raskar have been using my airtel no for last 5 years where i had provided my identity no but recently i went to change my sim to micro one and found that it is issued on some one else name. And i want to keep the same no as its shared with majority of my contacts, banks and watsapp. So please let me know what can be done. I am ready to resubmit my documents....

I have recharged my number by Rs 349 plan for almost 4 months now and I get 1gb for 28days. With the increasing competition through other service providers (point in case - Reliance Jio) Airtel too started offering 1gb/day data for 28 days on recharge of 349. Some of my friends/relatives are even getting 2gb/day on same recharge.

But not me.

I am to state that i got new sim on account of changing my no. From postpaid to prepaid and recharge for rs.200/-. I did not get talktime amount f rs.106 and 50mb data as per the scheme due to the reason my verification was done after i put my sim in the phone.
