I like to use airtel broadband services other than local networks, but airtel service is not. Applied the customer satisfaction. I applied to airtel braodband they failed to give connection and they ahven't refund my amount also which i paid for activation, it is almost more than 15 days i haven't get my amount. Applied refund through airtelrefund, no status about that yet. Horrible customer service, if we delay one day to paid bill they...

10 days earlier an airtel executive called me and told me that we have an offer on your number which for 499 in which you will get 23gb 4g data and unlimited calling for a month for lifetime. After i ported my number they are saying that the offer is not applicable anymore. They made me port my number from vodafone to airtel under false pretenses, so i want you guys to take some strict actions so that they should stop making fool of customers...

Sir, i got lot of wrong calls and missed calls to my airtel number. Please send me the incoming and outgoing calls list of my number for the last year (2009- jan to 2009- aug) months. Please send me the calls list of my number to my mail id as early as possible.

I filled a form in airtel to port my number from idea to airtel on April 22nd. I had paid activation fee of Rs.300 also in airtel. My number is [protected].
The address proof verification was also done. But for some reason, the request was cancelled and closed.
Now again they have asked to submit ID proof documents and photo with new porting number. I have provided. Till date they have not processed or activated...

I got a call from the customer care executive of Airtel company on 13-05-17 at 10Am regarding porting of sim. I Agreed for porting my sim from Vodafone to Airtel right then because the executive told me that I won't need to go to the store for it. The sim will be delivered to my address. I got a message regarding an offer and i recharged. They offered 42 gb for 28 days and they provided me with 3 gb instead. I had to let go my 1 gb per day for 70 days plan for this offer that said 1.5 gb per day for 28 days. And they just gave 3 gbs so i lost the 1 gb per day data for the remaining days along with another 39 gb that they promised with the offer. PFA the screenshots for the same....

Airtel is cheating on data plans.. I have recharged for 349 which should give me 1gb data everyday ... Now after three days it says that I have only 500mb left untill 7jun ......

Hi, my number is [protected]. I had applied for a prepaid airtel mnp from aircel. My aircel is disconnected, however i am not able to activate airtel through 59059. I called to customer care so many times, they were not at all responding. After 2nd half hours finally they respond and told me that you can not activate your number through ivr if you are not in the same state. Can you please suggest. As this number is important for me to activate....

Every time I connect My Divice with My airtel 4G hotspot, it connects but does opens any sights by just showing that "Please call121 to upgrade Your Plans.
Please help Me to solve this plan....

I recently traveled to Switzerland due to which I had activated a International Roaming Pack of Rs. 2999 which said 250 Free minutes to India & Local. Even after activating the pack, Rs.1320 got deducted from my main account when I made calls.

But airtel not providing this offer to 70 days, they cut for 28 days. Airtel betrayal the common people.
