There is a lucky recharge offer I checked that in 208 we get 1.1 GB -10 gb for 28 days. It means a person gets minimum of 1.1gb but I have got 500 mb. When I talked to customer care they have not provided me right information. I have called them two times both the time the told me different xcuse n talked mannerlessly with me. Since 2014, I am facing severe network issue on my airtel mobile number. I have 4g sim and a 4g bill plan of 2GB data p.m. I raised the issue to Airtel in May 2015, June 2015, August 2015, September/ October 2015, February/ March/ April/ May 2016 as well.

Not able to call hello tunes. The call is getting cut within 3 seconds. Not able to set the name tune. Called customer service atleast for 30 times regarding name tunes but there is no proper response. Please check this out . it's been more than 1 and half month. One airtel executive came to receive the document and money. after 2 days I got my account number and fixed line number. But no one came to install the broadband.
