No benefit or refund received against recharge

I had done an online recharge of Rs459/- for Airtel prepaid mobile no: [protected] on 27/04/2016 through ICICI Bank Internet Banking.
Till now, I have neither received any service against that recharge, nor a refund. Upon contacting Airtel customer care, and also escalating to their higher redressal authorities, they said that the recharge was "successful", but since I had done it through a "third party", they cannot refund the amount....

I noticed that whenever i receive email bills from my airtel postpaid number, the subject of the email states "[warning: message encrypted]your airtel bill for mobile number: 9xxxxxxxxx, bill date: 12-may-2016, airtel account:xxx-xxxxxxxxx"

Why is it... A warning for your customer to know that it's your monthly bill that you have to pay by the end of your due date and its just for your information that you have to pay this...

Deduction of balance from my account

Balance of around rupees 45 was being deducted from my account on previous day and i dont know the reason behind that deduction.
No information is there regarding that balance deduction.
Either tell the reason behind the deduction or give the money back to my account because this is not fair at all.

Since 2014, I am facing severe network issue on my airtel mobile number. I have 4g sim and a 4g bill plan of 2GB data p.m. I raised the issue to Airtel in May 2015, June 2015, August 2015, September/ October 2015, February/ March/ April/ May 2016 as well.

Airtel 4G POSTPAID DONGLE - Billing issue

I bought a Airtel 4G POSTPAID DONGLE on last year [protected]@2015 from the Airtel agent in Bangalore.
