By mistake i entered one wrong digit while entering mobile number at the time of recharging . This resulted recharge on an unknown number. I talked to the customer care to rectify the error that i made while recharging. But they denied any support.

I lost the entire amount paid by online transaction. They just have to make minor correction. But they are denying any support, and asking me to do the entire transaction again....

I had recharged my no [protected] with 185rs for 1Gb data which was my offer when i checked it. But i got only 512MB. So i asked the customer executive about it but they said i didnt had the offer. Why do this customer care executives give excuse that we didn't had the offer. The customers are also educated enough to understand the offers they have. This is a big drawback to the company....
