Bad customer service and rude service ; felt cheated

Poor service of Airtel Dth along with worst customer service . The customer care executive was shouting and was so rude while taking complaint . I don't know why Airtel has kept the customer service, I guess just to make fool of people . Shivani the executive disconnected the phone in middle of the conversation and Airtel should be banned to do business if they can not maintain it in India . Please ask some one to pick that box from I home...

I have received bill for the period 20th march to 19th April 2016 for Rs 795/-.
On 2nd April I have changed the present plan to Rs 399/-, I was on roaming for the earlier period for which the payment was already done. I wish to know on what basis the present bill is raised. Based on your satisfactory reply only I will be able to pay the present bill as I have not fully used the present Rs 399/- coverage.

Zero worst network coverage

Facing network issue from last one year at my home and called customer care number of time but no resolution. Every time I get to know that request has been forwarded to the network team and resolution time cannot be confirmed. Cherry on the cake is that every time i call to follow up regarding my previous complaint they dont find the data in their system. The service is too pathetic and I strongly don't recommend airtel....

I had registered a complaint against airtel for deduction of balance on 22nd april and i was told to wait for 48 hours but there wasn't any response after that and again when i had called i was asked to wait again for 48 hours..Even after that there was no response and i had to call back n then i was refunded with the deducted amount.. Now i want a compensation as i was not able to make any calls.. I want an immediate response to it.....

Airtel gave me bill of 3667/-, the charges for this month is 116/- . They included installation charges in the bill but I have paid 3000/- (by cheque number 252570 ) for installation charge and its cleared by bank.

I have sent CRF and bank statement for that to airtel but still I got a bill of 1277/- . The actual bill should be 116/-.

Recharge not done and refund not given

I recharged my airtel number with 101 rupees but I didn't get any benefit as there was no plan for 101. The Airtel neither provided any benefit nor they refunded the amount.
When I contacted the customer care, they told me that they wil not provide any benefit of recharge as there was no such recharge plan of that amount.
They didn't provided the refund too.
They behaved so irresponsibily and they said, they can't do...

I was planning to land a long-term contract with airtel for a business that i was going to start in india later this year but now i am going to actively discourage people from going to airtel.

Today, i was shocked to receive an sms saying that the plan is 35 paise per minute for local and std calls for 28 days. I did not do this recharge for rate cutter. I did it for getting 200 minutes. But, unfortunately both the sims are deactivated neither kerela one is working nor rajasthan. Cell phone tower threatening life

I hereby want to inform regarding a mobile tower hoisted just next my house (10 meters) in the belowmentioed location has become life threatening due to frequent outburst of fire and unbearable loud sound from its machines. On several occasions district authorities were informed about its health hazardous consequences in a peaceful remote village residential area, but they have remained inactive so far.

I have recieved a 4g device with no [protected] which is free of cost given to me including one month free rent of rs.999/- with 10gb data, but after one month on 26-th jan, 2016 i recieved a bill of rs.737/- (6th jan to 26th jan-2016)
that was so shocking, on 6th feb, i changed my plan to 650/- from 999/-, after that i recieved a bill of rs . 850/-, i was recieving daily calls about the bill payment and i was continously reverting...
