above mentioned no. was recharged for Rs.70/- talk time and Rs. 128/- internet
pack (50 hours internet valid for 28 days) on 24/03/2016.

on using internet, (the data and validity is available) Rs 70/- deducted from
talk time, on 31/03/2016 .on reporting the matter the money was reverted.

again after some time Rs 22/- deducted from talk time for using internet thebr...

Yesterday by mistake I have done 2g recharge for airtel no [protected] for 199/- amount debited in my account, but actual i need to recharge for this number [protected]. Pls transfer data pack to [protected] to [protected]. I tried sharing MBs from USSD code 141*712*9*, since it is 2G I am unable to transfer. So pls transfer data from 9945 to 9740 and do the needful at the earliest.

In cv raman nagar, the airtel signal keeps fluctuating and at some times goes away completely. No outgoing call is connected at the first attempt. We have to try many times before we get a connection. Call drops are very common.
Also, many incoming calls are missed because of the fluctuating signal problem.
The situation has become very bad over the last 2-3 weeks. Please resolve at the earliest....

I am writing this complaint on behalf of all the people who are using airtel in hinjewadi phase 3 area. We do not get 3g network as well as call connectivity issue in this area particularly tcs office phase 3. There is no response and solution from airtel side despite of complaining again and again. All are fed up of the poor service provided by airtel.If this problem is not immediately solved everyone is going to change their service provider....

I had taken an Airtel Postpaid number - [protected], but I never called for validation & activation, as I didn't want that number to be activated.

I visited Hinjewadi Airtel Office in Pune, handed over the SIM card of [protected] and requested them to destroy the same so that misuse of the number can be avoided.

The Airtel Authority destroyed the SIM card infront of me & confirmed to me...

I have recharged Rs. 45/- for 3G data for mobile No. [protected] on 31/03/2016, through SBH internet banking when I recharging first time display appeared as PAGE NOT FOUND. I recharged 2nd time recharge received. But Rs. 45/- deducted TWO TIMES in my account in favour of BHARTI AIRTEL but recharge received one time only. So I request you to refund the amount Rs.45/- IF TWO TIMES RECEIVED BY YOU. Thanking you....

I recharged my airtel mobile no [protected] with rate cutter plan of 1.2 paise per 2 sec on jan 23 with 6 months validity. But i observed it is not applied in recent calls and extra charges are taken. I called the customer care and they took the complaint(complaint ref no CBNRV[protected]) and said the plan was discontinued from april 20 due to some technical issue and will be resolved. Airtel has numerous upgraded plans to deceive consumers by depicting incorrect data usage in broadband. Once consumer has exhausted his data usage, he is forced to buy to smart bytes and pay extra amount.

This is a big scam of hundreds of crores going on and company on one side is making money from consumers and spending lavishly on ads and paying 4g girl.

This all bull going on.

I reside in abbaiah reddy layout in kaggadasapura. I requested for a new broadband connection from airtel on 20th april 2016. An airtel person came and collected the documents and installation fees confirming connection is possible and will be done within 3 days. And yesterday on may1st i got a message from airtel after multiple lines of followup with airtel customer care and sales service team, saying your new airtel fixedline no: [protected]...

My daughter gets frequent vexatious calls from [protected] from unknown who says hello when she lifts the call and when we lift the call on her behalf there will be no voice. When we ring up this number no body lifts. When i searched in truecaller the number is identified as home.

Please register the complaint and do the needful to prevent further calls. The said unknown user has the knack of changing numbers also. Anyway, presently...

Airtel internet broadband and landline disconnected from 26/04/2016 till date 02/05/2016 and yet not resolved, and its been 7 days and no response or call back or any followup nor any executive visiting my place so careless and unprofessional answers when contacted, by customer care executives and managers. This is to inform you that, i am facing the problem of sms service. I am not getting any message from any number. I have lodged complaints many times starting from 10th of april 2016. I unable to pay any statuary payment/ credit card payments etc. Due to non receiving of otp.

I was being committed by airtel that my customer delight program - "airtel
Surprise"! Which i was being offer for five months will get renewed just by making a call to the customer service but i was being confirmed from one of your executive that airtel has made a wrong commitment. My airtel sim got deactivated last Wednesday, 27th april, 2016.
I went to the shop from where I purchased that sim, they told me it is not active in the system, I recharged it every third day, it was being used every single hour, incoming as well as outgoing. I recently shifted to kundalahalli gate and I am facing a severe problem with fluctuating signal and no network with Airtel in my Apartment.
Signal mostly drops and gives no signal when I enter to my apartment #123 Sri Lakshmi Devi apt.
Please look into the issue and resolve it else your valuable customers near Kundalahalli gate will have no option but to port to another network....

Till now the problem is not resolved.

Everytime when i was called to customer care, the executive saying that we are updating the status. Our technician will resolve the issue by today evening or by tomorrow morning.

Till 4evenings and 3 mornings were gone but not technician came and...
