Regarding this i complained but the customer care person telling that due to scratch in sim it is happening you replace with new sim and check they told. But that is not valid reason why because one thing that am already having new sim and one more that i getting 3G network even in my office other than in my home.

Inefficient service

The airtel office located in indiranagar bangalore has been acting irresponsibly
toward a mobile porting service for Mumbai airtel post paid number to Bangalore pre paid number.
The service has which should have be completed in 7 working days has not been completed even after 4 month, in spite of repeated reminded and enquire and submitting the required documents for 3 times continuously.
This has caused me great inconvenience...

But only 1.2 GB is credited.when i called
Customer care they told me it is not an unlimited offer even though it was mentioned.
Let me say clearly...i need my offer to be made as unlimited data for 28 days as said.

Please make necessary arrangements for this cheating and exploitation...

Which have been gone on inactive as on 01 may 2016. on the same day I have recharged the sim with 25 rs and also received an incoming call on the said mobile. I have even raised a complaint online.
