But just now customer care told which offer was not activated to your account and instead of that which money was recharged to my account. This is not my fault that is yours. Regarding this i complained but the customer care person telling that due to scratch in sim it is happening you replace with new sim and check they told. The airtel office located in indiranagar bangalore has been acting irresponsibly
toward a mobile porting service for Mumbai airtel post paid number to Bangalore pre paid number.
The service has which should have be completed in 7 working days has not been completed even after 4 month, in spite of repeated reminded and enquire and submitting the required documents for 3 times continuously.

Inappropriate bill is being generated for my airtel number from past six months. Every moth i have to call the customer care for rectification of the error. This month i called customer care for the same reason and asked for escalation of the issue to the higher authority, i requested to call back between 9 to 11.30 am. On 26th april 2016, i had talked with the customer care regarding the service issue with the airtel. They talked to my kid about the "miniplex top up" that it will be free for first two months, you have to press the specific no./ message to us. My kid did the same. I had recharged my airtel mobile number [protected] for Rs.201/-
It was said offer is 1.2 GB 2G unlimited data for 28 days.
But only 1.2 GB is credited.when i called
Customer care they told me it is not an unlimited offer even though it was mentioned.
Let me say clearly...i need my offer to be made as unlimited data for 28 days as said.

Please make necessary arrangements for this cheating and exploitation...

As i Recharged my no.by Rs. 1479 dated 12.04.2016 for receiving international roaming and rates cutting benefits. But during my international visit this voucher did not work. I have this number [protected] with ur company from 2011 in the name of Manoj Kumar. Which have been gone on inactive as on 01 may 2016. on the same day I have recharged the sim with 25 rs and also received an incoming call on the said mobile. I even called the customer care and complained by ref:[protected].

I have even raised a complaint online.
