Last thursday i requested for prepaid conversion. It was promised to get done within 24 hrs. But even today sim is not working. I was told that your services are kept closed on saturday and sunday.

We are facing broadband connection speed problem past two weeks. We used 16 Mbps internet speed up to December 11 2015, after that it got reduced to 4MBps. We complained to the customer care, they said with in 48 hours it will be rectified and the executive said the 16 Mbps feasibility is available in that area, within 48 hours the 16 Mbps plan will be activated to your account. Every day we are calling to the customer care but nobody responding...

Collecting all the recharged amount

Invoice raised for the services not rendered and fooling the customer

Hi, I have requested for a new connection of Airtel LL & BB of 40MBPS speed online by paying Rs.1000/- advance. Multiple times different people called me from Airtel and confirmed my requirement and collected all documents. After several followup on 24th of Nov one person from Airtel came and pulled a cable inside my building. He confirmed me that he can only give 8MBPS connection and he said after activation we will upgrade to 40MBPS....

Not able to make calls after dng mnp
