Non response of activation of number

I took the airtel no. [protected] on 30 Jun 15 thats 04 days back from local retaile and i think a sim activation takes 24-48 hrs with a tech issue if is there but it is activated on the right time 01 jul 15 i verified my docs after 24 hrs by calling 59059, yet not activated tried again 121 told will take 04 hrs technical issues then also not activated again tried to activate then again told 06 hrs there is a limit of patience, took my alternated...

Postpaid to prepaid complaints regarding conversion not serviced

I requested for postpaid to prepaid conversion on 25th june 2015 at madurai airtel express center (Landmark Near Hotel Duke). I was told that the connection will be converted to prepaid in 48 hours But till the night of 29June 2015 my mobile was not converted to prepaid and even after calling several times to 121 irresponsible and acceptale answeres were given. Finally I visited Airtel express center at tiruppur (Landmark: Near Railway station)....

4g to 3g conversion
