Airtel had provided me two special offers one is 120=120TT and promo of Rs 13 = 1.2ps/2s fo 60days. But when I Recharged for those services They give 103.81 for Rs 120 and promo for only 3days for Rs.13. When I mailed them, they told these services are unavailable. They are doing these types of cheating business....

My airtel 4g Broadband stopped working last friday 23rd Jan 15 and i had raised a complaint about it. They told me that the issue would be resolved in 48 hours. I called them after 48 hours and I was told that my complaint was cancelled (without resolving) automatically due to some 'technical issue'. And since then I have been following up with them and all they do is lie. They say they will send someone in 4 hours, half day ..bla bla.. and...

I have already paid the bill for my postpaid airtel number (mysore, Karnataka connection) for november and december'14 . Then I cancelled the number in december after the bill cycle. I have opted Rs. 199.00 CUG plan in which there is unlimited 2G Internet + 10% discount on bill an converted my prepaid number to postpaid. customer service people are very irresponsible though they are charging for the services and useless to call to get their help.if we ask for a help they will make Decisions themselves to denying our request.
