i had purchased Rs 330/- prepaid voucher on dated 1.03.2008 and for getting rate redused to Rs 1, a top up of Rs 49 was also done. Upto 3.3.2008 rate per call deducted is @ Rs 1.

I m getting frequent missed calls from an airtel mobile no. -[protected] since last 10 days and if i try to calll back, person is very rude and doing is just killing his as well as mine time.As you can understand it is very very depressing to get missed calls from unknown persons, i request you to take strong action against this man so that he can not trouble anyone..anymore...

Complaints are fraudulently closed and new complaint number opened without resolving the original complaint. complaint no.[protected] was lodged on 16th till today its not resolved but complaint closed and new number generated every day I call up. I am being charged Rs 100/- per month for GPRS connectivity. I had not requested for this service. Now, when I am requesting for deactivation of thsi service, it is not done so. Each month Rs 100 is charged. Customer support executive says do not pay the amount and it will adjusted in next month bill but nothing so happens and now they have barred the outgoing service because of non-payment of dues.
