Hi,
I took an airtel corporate connection in 2016. The plan was of 256rs. First of all without taking my consent the plan was changed after a year to 265. Thats okay, i accepted that. Now this month i got a bill of 324rs. May i know the reason? I have nit used the entire data and hardly made 15 calls in a month.

I need proper justification and action else i will cut this connection.

I had relocated from hyderabad to noida and my netwrok was pretty bad, i contacted cs and they asked me to change the sim. I visited the airtel store in noida sec18 and they asked me to take the higher postpaid plan than i was currently and told me the benefit of amazon prime subscription. I bought Airtel broadband services last week, By Agent Vikram ph no.[protected], his team includes Karthik ph no.[protected] and Lokesh [protected].
Before payment Vikram had told that he will get free Amazon prime for an year and free netflix for a month. It is a week. Everyday the team say they will come and put otp and get amazon prime service. I have made more than 50 calls and Vikram and team have not come. They dont...

I requested to link my number in family plan, they even visited my home to link. But every month i am being charged rs 290+ as postpaid bill which i have been requesting to put under family plan. The response from airtel store opposite dav school, bathinda is that they will call me back after resolving the complaint. But i never receive any call from them. Poor service....

On 19/05/2019 i got recharge by paying rs 235 but in boath a/c rs116 balance is shown where as i recharge only one
The existing connection was valid upto 25/05/2019 and recharge should be effective from 26/05/2017
While searching channel in offer adhyatam tv was shown in list in the offer but in tv it is not shown

When i am selecting channels of my own choice there are nfc charges of 179rs. While choosing customized channel pack provided by airtel there are no such charges includes. Selecting of own channels has no ootion for long term package while the customized pack has long term package. Why this difference and what is the use of selecting own channels and paying the unnecessary charges. Is this approved by government if yes provide the details...

We are residing in mogappair, chennai where we subscribed to postpaid scheme in airtel for landline and broadband services. We got the connection disconected voluntarily by airtel since september 2018, we paid the bill till november 2018 for not even receiving the connection. We applied for cancellation march 2019 and we were told it woud take 30 days. Unfortunately they hadn't cancelled it and we have an unpaid bill...

After my old network deactivate, i insert the airtel sim to activate but after several restarts it keeps flashing two message.

But i'm not even properly getting a 3g network.. When i choose lte i can't even open the google page.. This makes me very tough to manage.. Totally disappointed with your network... I had got a duplicate sim after losing my phone. The sim was supposed to be activated in few hours on calling customer care they said that its activated but i havent got any network in the sim card. Ihad tried changing slots and also changed the phone but still no network. My mobile number is [protected]. Ihad bought the duplicate sim from saki naka mumbai on 25th may....

I got an call from an airtel executive with (Number-*[protected]‬) on 25th may at around 11:45 am. They had called regarding an issue with my login to airtel money for which i had already raised couple of mails (Pfa the reference for the same).
That person on the call told that he had sent an otp to my number, and to share it with him so that he can reset mpin. After that otp was shared, he told that mpin has been reset successfully...

There is the issue with calling facility. Recently I was tried to call different number and I can hear ring but other side no call received. This happened many times. Sometimes call connected but after few minutes it's automatically get disconnected and no network showing in the mobile. I am facing this issue from last 2-3 months. I tried to call Airtel customer care but not able to reach them as it's automatically get disconnected....

Our factory Orchid Pharma is Located at Alathur near Thiruporur -Tamilnadu our employees having CUG / post paid Connections more than 450 nos but we don't get signal in side the factory premises for the last 6 months but out side the factory we get weak signal We complained many times to Airtel but no response please look into this on priority...

I have contacted airtel broadband office for getting connection and they have asked me to pay 500 rupees as installation fee and i paid and transaction not successful. They said this amount will be refunded in 7 days. So based on their request i paid 500 rs. Again. This time it was successful but they refused provide connection because they had some issues with broadband. They said that these two transactions amount will be refunded to me...

How can you charge fine for discharge of connection?
If, it is write customer paid for disconnection? As per trai guidline
where it is mentioned, pls, refer us. When customer can not use the
service why he paid? which is the technical defect of company. Clear
us about this.
