Hi,

I have received call from Airtel representative on 26th May.
As per representative communication I had made recharge and called customer care to activate my package on account [protected].
Many times I called customer care, asked them to activate promised package or refund my amount.
Now almost 1 moth over and package is not activated.

I think this is one kind of cheating from Airtel...

I am chan pasha, live in hyderabad.
I purchased 399 pack (Unlimited calling and 1.4gb/day) on 19th april 2018. However there are no proper services in my locality. There is no proper coverage in locality, i have to go to other localities to access mobile internet services.
I raised this with airtels mulitple channels, some promised me resolution in "few" days. Its 50 days since my first complaint, no resolution is provided....

I am airtel user having four prepaid connections and three digital tv connections.Usually i do all my recharges through airtel app I have done a mistake instead of selecting [protected], i have done recharge of 399 on [protected]..I have already recharged [protected] with 448 yesterday so its of no use..I called paytm for this issue but they advised to talk to airtel 121. They are charging me the price of 4g but they are not delivering it, they don't have proper 4g signals, there 4g is only work when you have a full network, suppose if your phone is catching 4 signals instead of 5 then it will work like 2g. I am living in an urban area where there support is saying that we have full network coverage but they are bloody liers, the moment i enter in my house or any other inside area anywhere in any town...

Till march airtel was showing my data consumption at 100 odd gb everymonth. Which is impossible. An average movie is 700 mb which means i need to watch 200 movies online or download equivalent data to consume 112 gb worth of data.

Suddenly this month airtel claims that 200 gb has been consumed. Joke is... This month we were out of town for a week and for 2 days airtel broadband was not working. We complained twice. After that...

3 months back i have ported to airtel and i am getting all lines are currently busy voice message when ever i try to call to any bsnl numbers. This is happening from last one month. I have give complaint thrice but no use.
Today i have again complained and the reference no is cogcl[protected] and they sent a sms that it got resolved with in 1 min....

I m complaining about weak network connection in my village.in my village very tough to get network signal, we are climbing hills, trees to get network connection. Some times we are getting the signal outside of our homes that only 2g signals even that also not connecting properly, voice breaking, signal drops like this we are facing so much problem. If some one gone to hospital to neighbor city its very critical to get his status. So please...

While using the my airtel app for recharging the offer plan 399 rs/- the money was deducted from my bank account and not getting recharged. This issue has happened at yesterday[protected]:00 pm after automatically entering otp only for 2 times. While doing transaction also my internet connection is good (Speed 30mbps) but due to technical reasons in app this issue has happened and when i call to customer care they are also not responding...

Mobile no:[protected] ( ANDHRA PRADESH) has recharged STV plan -250, ref no.[protected]GADTSHVL7 and STV plan-199, ref no.[protected]GADTSHUE5 on 20/6/2018 by INB Avenues India pvt limited.but till now mobile not yet rechargeable.please see my mobile to recharge as early as possible....

Sir I have 90 GB data left in my poatpaid number [protected], when I try to operate any app of play YouTube vvideos it take a lot of time to load, I have complained many times but there was no response from the team, I have called customer care as well but they said they will resolve but after a month there was no response from them. Now I need the good Internet speed to do work please solve the problem...

I have recharged my account after seeing this given by airtel on 15june2018-rs99 mein unlimited local std aur roaming call saath hi 100 sms/din aur 1gb/din data+1gb data 28 din ke liye. Have ordered for samsung galaxy s9 on 13.6.2018 from airtel store. Order id 10037734. Then on 20.06.2018 i got the message that my product will be delivered at anytime on 20.6.2018. I did not received any contact no of delivery person. And no one called me or tried to deliver my product. Dear sir, we recharged [protected] with rs 995/- for 6 months on 4-6-2018. But data not coming, contacted call centre, benefit: 1gb data/day, unlimited calls (Local+std+national roaming) and 100 local+std sms/day with denominations rs249, 448, 499, 509 and different validity.

Whereas rs509/- for 90 days local+std unlimited, roaming in&out unlimited, 100sms local/national perday, 1.4gb data per day

Hi airtel,

I have complained multiple tiles for bad, very bad network coverage (3g/4g) in noida sector 57. Just near to you airtel office.

But nothing had happened till. No one came to check or not even your service getting better.

Please suggest where shall i contact.
