From last 30 days the network coverage has become worst. Very very poor response. Previously a year ago we had the same problem, but at least you people had tried to solve the issue to some extent if not completely. But now despite of complaining several times about the issue, no one has turned this side. Is this the way the airtel treats its customers..? Especially those customers who never turned towards other telecom service providers...

Dear sir today morning rs.99 amount deducted in my mobile number [protected]. I don't know how it was activated and also i don't want this type of services. Then how i will need this. This is the activated massage (Classyandglamvideos service has been renewed on your airtel mobile@rs99.0 for 30days. To deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223). And please in the future don't activate this type of services in my number. Please refund my amount...

Myself puneeth, i've recently got a refund from airtel as they've given me the wrong information after that now my recharge pack ended and i want to recharge with 499₹ pack which provides 2gb data per day but i don't have any option to recharge through ivr, so i called customer care service. They said they couldn't recharge with 499pack instead they can do it with 448 which is 1.4gb per day. I called them a few times to register a complaint....

I have been using airtel from last 10 years and more. But recently i am fed up o[censored]nnecessary deductions in the balance of my prepaid balance account.
The service funzone that activated itself automatically. Deducted balance rs. 35. Call to customer care very unfair answers given. As per customer care provide me time details at that time i was driving and not using mobile which was very surprising to me. Can airtel please stop these...

This is to bring in your kind notice that i have requested for dnd on my mobile no ([protected]) in the year of 2015 (27/01/2015) with reference no w[protected], but still i am receiving the calls and messages which is really disturbing for me.

I also called the customer care regarding the same with below reference nos, but no action has been taken from anybody and still i am receiving calls and messages.br...

Airtel is such a fraud company that they do not even intend to help their users. I called therir customer care number and there was no care.in fact, i recharged from their website and app and bpth the time my money got cut and my phone wasnt recharged.

Also, really baddddd customer care service.
Plus when i got my phone balance recharged from the retailer and i was intending to opt for a pack from my available balance...

Network stability is the one of the major problem in area. And another one is internet speed is so dumb, speed is #. One side ookla say airtel is the fastest network on other hand is not rise's 50kbps on 4g. Please resolve this problem nither i quit airtel. See in given image 4g but where? I lived in lucknow u. P. Alambagh rdso manak nagar... And when volte services you have been started in lucknow east?...

I am having airtel corporate plan for me and my husband. Now my husband is in abu dhabi he enabled international roaming services however company sent him bill of around 4k without permission deducted from his account. We tried to contact customer care however very slow response and no action taken.

Now the new issue they stop his services without any intimation.

By mistake i wrongly recharged other number through online. I deeply regret for the mistake that i have done. Is there any way to reverse the recharged amount to my number. If possible kindly reverse the amount to my number.

I am srinivasa mobile no's in my family are 90141713, [protected], [protected] all 3 no's are of airtel prepaid no's,
Issue started past from 3 months following with airtel about network issue like voice break, calls connectivity, call drops and data speed issue. But earlier it was very good this issue started from 3 months
Finally by sending several mails to airtel.
Now they are telling new site required...

I recharged for a sum total of rs399 which consiste of 1gb/day data but everytime i used my data upto 600-800mb a message which say your data od finished will be send i dont know what you airtel think about but i request the airtel company to fix it as soon as possible like i say today i will used only 600mb... What happend to the other 400mb airtel stop #ing around and fix it... If not am changing my sim to jio # you airtel i thought airtel...

A service called whatsmob has been activated by airtel by itself and deducted my balance of rs 35 once and rs for 25 later. How can you deduct my balance and self activate a service which i have doont know about untill a massage comes. And deducted my balance. I want my money back.
Plz look into the matter and refund the amount, also try to avoid such instance and people are not so foolish as in the past and now mnp is also available....

Why should customer pay the bill for the company's delayed process? Or they should inform when they give connection. Make sure your customer service is proper. Hi, i am rahul verma, i am using airtel form last 5 years and vodafone form last 3 years. According to indian government circular about 198 (Applicable to every telecom company for complaint). But they are using this for there permoton. Both company take 5-10 min to connect to complain persian. Many people are facing this problem kindly take action for the same....

Dear Team,

I have requested for plan change in my airtel postpaid number [protected]. As per maximum resolution time takes 2 hours to change/active new plan . I have been calling customer care from 27th April 2018 but customer service representatives are simply answering wait time 24hrs and 48hrs etc. So i have questioned about their service still they can't resolve it.
