I did the recharge of 448 it was not successfull, Payment has been dibited from PayTM, Once I go to airtel site using my number ([protected]), Get the messeges there payment is hold from bank. Let me know one thing once made the payment from PayTM then how it has been hold from bank?

Airtel is very populur brand in India, so don't make the fool to customer. I am waiting for my refund since 7 days still no luck.

I got message on 20 apr that some fun music service has been activated on my number and 30 rs is been deducted for that. After 4 days i again got meaase that it is been renewed and again 20 rs was deducted from my balance. Is this the way airtel is earning money. Don't fool the customers. I have recharged my account with INR 100 on 24th April 2018 and still my account is not credited. As per transaction detail through my Airtel app it is clearly mentioned that the amount will be credited to your post paid mobile account with in 02 days of working.

It is been 4 days, my connection is yet done and the corresponding representative is not picking up the phone.

delay in activation/ providing connection

Am writing you after getting tierd of continious emails to Airtel customer support and complaints.
I've migrated my Airtel Postpaid connection to prepaid yesterday and It's been almost more than 26 Hours, My Prepaid SIM has not been activated and I lost all my incoming calls.

refund of money on wrong plan activated

Their was recharge option of 199 rs to activate a plan and mistakenly i recharged it for 198 and another plan got activated
I called the customer care and asked them to refund it they denied
Also when i asked them to activate it by deducting 1 rs from my main balance they said no
The manager also said their is no option
The 198 recharge is no way benifiel to me...

30gb data dodged from getting added to my data balance. I made 3 customer calls after registering on 51111 and following up for 5 days!! They keep saying wait for 48 hours! Without adding 30gb data. I have raised a request for plan change on 21st april. Order id: 61511738 under which i wanted to opt for plan of 799/- monthly rental. For the same i also requested technical help on changing the modem to an upgraded one.
Today when i called customer care to follow up on request, i got to know nothing has been done on the request. Moreover ravi sahu the customer care person told me that i cannot have any plan below my existing plan....
