We have been using airtel for many years.I am using 10 airtel numbers .Nearly 2 months worst network in our area.we have already called ur customer care and complaint about dis.Till now solved.we are thinking we have to change ur network.PLZ resolve the network issues in our area

unable to port from aircel to airtel

I want to port my aircel number [protected] to airtel. I did it twice already but the porting is not successful. Can you please look into this problem or atleast let us know the reason for the porting failure so that i can atleast port into some other network. I have been checking the mnp porting status constantly but all i get there is your request is not even initiated yet. It has been nearly one month and the porting is not even started....

problem regarding the recharge to number 8971569772

I have recharged the mobile number [protected] from my airtel app. But recharge is not done and also cash back also not added in the valley. This is the first time i have recharged from airtel app. Could you please resolve this issue asap.

wrong recharge benefit

I did a recharge today for a particular pack including 1gb/day and unlimited calls txn id[protected] but received wrong benefits. Pls help so that i receive the recharge which i should get.

not refunding my amount for unsuccessful recharge

I did a recharge of rs 399 on my airtel number from my airtel app on 17th of april but the recharge was unsuccessful, i did not receive the services but my account was debited with the amount. Since then i have contacted their customer care multiple times via phone and email but for no use. two sim card with same mobile number

Please be informed that i have purchased a sim card on my wife name from ak communication, mahavir enclave, new delhi on 21.04.2018. As informed by shopkeeper it will be activated in 30 minutes, i have saved the airtel number to check it's activation and found that the number is already activated to other person.
When checked with customer care it was found that sim is already activated since 08.04.2018 with other name.

Started mobile services without permission and taken away all the mobile balance. On 12april2018. It is so bad attitude of airtel. port sim is not activated even after a month

On march 13th i ve applied for mnp from my aircel number to airtel but they have shown no response
Its not activating customer service replied to wait for some more time or visit store
I visited store they replaced with new sim and ask me switch on after 4 hours by the way its not working even after 4 days
They even called and referrals are over

auto deduction for whatsmob

Airtel has deducted whatsmob service activate charge which I don't even know. They have deducted @ Rs 150/- per month with consent of the consumer, which is not only unethical but tantamount to committing fraud. Gullible customer are being taken for a ride for which company must be hauled up and subjected to heavy financial punishment....

not able to use my number since last 10 days

upload speed problem

Couldn't even open google chrome for like a min.

Google maps are still loading for half n hour to calculate the route in the city...

delay in providing connection/activation

On 18/04/2018, i applied for a new airtel connection with all the required kyc and photographs at a local dealer without any business name who also sells paan, cigarettes and other nitty gritties at vip road, six mile, guwahati-781022; he also does recharges. zero network for 3 days

Airtel network is deteriorating day by day. Out of 24 hrs, i have to keep searching and registering for the network for atleast 12hrs. Due to this i have missed immensely important calls. I had converted my airtel postpaid account to prepaid by clearing all the due as per my airtel app. Now after that i am getting message for postpaid bill amount. Hi,

I have paid inr 3998.00 to activate international roaming on my mobile number - +91-[protected] but both my offline calls n data aren't working. I am only receiving incoming calls. 121 doesn't work and i don't find any other way to reach out to the airtel team to resolve my issue. When traveling abroad, it is lot more important to stay connected to handle regular tasks. Extremely dissatisfied at your service....
