On the payment of my airtel postpaid bill, i did not receive any acknowledgement slip, as the employee on the desk said, i will receive an sms confirming the payment. The complaint is about the same as i never received any such sms and further i am being forced to repay that bill again.

Kindly resolve this as soon as possible. I am frustrated by using yours internet service.. It is too slow. Even am not able to open google page.. Resolve this otherwise i will take action by consumer act. I had pay 399 rs internet pack. But it is not working. You guys say that this is the fastest network, but in actual it is too much disgusting. Resolve this.. Otherwise i will recommend everyone not to use this airtel network....

Im nisha ghate from malad mumbai im using airtel prepaid from last 1year and now suddenly from 2 days im not able to place a call either receive a call.. Inetwork also had done with unlimited pack of 146rs. Which on the process.. Then too call is not placing... Network is ok and net is also working.. Bt calls are not done.. Airtel man called me and then said they provide sim but they took 1000 rupees from me but their sim was fake. I giving their details. My name is pradeep kumar, from bangalore. My mobile no. [protected] has convert idea prepaid to airtel postpaid. The number was then converted into postpaid connection but from 10 days not able to access this service and they are charging so much, my activated plan is 399rs but paying above 600rs to 900rs. Airtel service centre is not able to resolve the issue, why its happening.

Waiting or almost six months, constantly following up with airtel customer service get my network issue resolved, all in vain
No body has bothered to visit my place to assess the issue. All i receive is one generic response that they are working on the upgradation.
Six months past and nothing worked, customer services refuses to give a timeline for resolution.
Sent an email to nodal, and they asked me to wait for another...

Airtel has fraudulently activated the whatsmob services on numbers [protected] (Prepaid) and [protected] (Postpaid). Secretly deducting money without my knowledge. This is called cheating. I have requested to stop such stupid services on my phone numbers.

I work in telecom sector, so don't try to fool me by saying teach me i have activated it by my self by mistake.

I have a bought a new airtel postpaid connection on 6th april 2018 in chennai. At that time i submitted a copy of aadhar card (Which has the address of my native) together with verification done with fingerprinting. They asked me to provide the chennai address where i am staying, i was informed they will come for address verification. On next day i got call regarding address verification. They asked where i am staying i infromed that address....

I bought new airtel sim but unable to recharge it incoming calls are coming but due to this recharge problem i am unable to make a call... I tried too many times to make a recharge online by many app but transaction always failed and i am unable to take loan also because i didn't complete 60 days using this sim...

I have been applied with non used international data roaming charges on my postapid number and bill amount is approx. 20000+, which is just not feasible for me to pay the huge amount.

I recharged my airtel number [protected] with 400 through my airtel app unfortunately the transaction was failed but the recharge money 400 was deducted from my account after some time again 400 was deducted. Totaly 800 was deducted for failed transaction.10 days have been completed till the money was not refunded. This was totally unfair.

I recharged the airtel digital tv on 3rd april, i received a msg regarding the same, the recharge is successful. On my account the balance shows, but i have no tv services till date. A msg is displayed in the screen, please recharge. Again i recharged today, 12 april, same no services yet. And the irony is, the balance keeps getting deducted from my account despite no tv services being offered. Airtel dth number [protected].

Airtel relationship store says that i need to wait for 90 days for postpaid to prepaid conversion on the same network (Airtel). However, airtel customer care number representative said otherwise. As far as i know, 90 days rule is only for mnp for one operator to another. Airtel people are fooling customers who are not aware of these laws. Please take strict action....
