My airtel no is[protected] and before leaving to us i kept the no in safe custody in coimbatore office. Now i want to release the same from safe custody and want to use from us itself for my banking purpose limited. What is a plan have to be selected for a minimum bill for a month. I want to use my mobile only for some specific purpose and some fixed monthly minimum plan if available may appreciated....

This is the worst service i've ever experienced!
The network of this useless company starting giving me problems from more than a year ago. This only happens in the house, not under the building, not any other floors, nor the terrace. This happened when suddenly the signal strength was almost nill but was showing full. Slowly this started expanding to call drops, unclear voice, and also data. I got new sim on this no from airtel store cp delhi they told me it will be activated in 4 hrs but still is not activated still. I hv given adhar card verification and after waiting appros 50 min i got chance to talk to customer care i m living in gzb and i cannot give time daily to these customer cares...

I made payment for new connection of airtel broadband 3 days ago to manoj. His number is [protected]. Now he is giving excuses that there is a technical issue and i didn't get my connection. Airtel customer support are not able to resolve my issue. I want action against him and want my money back. Worst service by airtel. I suggest everyone not to go with airtel. I am unable to make outgoing calls in roaming. I am receiving incoming calls alone. My mobile data also does not work. Please resolve issue asap. Hello i had recharged my airtel mobile number with inr 399 and had activated a pack for next 84 days.

Next using 'phone pe' i had recharged the same number mistakenly of inr 448 and pack for next 82 days.

I contacted airtel for refund/to credit that to talk time at least as it doesn't make sense to use both same packs by paying double the price.

Now they were not ready to refund it as it was done...

This is complain about Airtel who always says BHARAT KA SABSE TEJ NETWORK...Bull ###... Airtel money is only allowing us to add money to wallet not to transfer.. This is very big cheating.. If they need kyc updates then they need to restrict both add and send money. But they accept the money but not allowing to transfer..

Airtel app is showing the service is temporarily not available. Already 2 weeks gone. Looks like they wants to hold the money.. Also it shows we can use wallet money only for recharge...

I would like to inform you that i recharged my no for rs448/- on 12/3/2018 and was using the same. On 13/3/2018 the line got deactivated and when i contacted the customer care they are informing that my phone not used for 45 days and they have de activated without any information to me or my no.
They have told that they reactivate the sim but i have to loose the money i have paid.

I have ported aircel number to airtel and after that a message came without signal ranging from airtel sim that 'your network has been registered. Restart your mobile once'. I have restarted but no network shown!

After that it's about more than 10 days, i'm restarting and checking the signal consistently but the network signal isn't came, yet.
I request you to solve the issue as soon as possible....

I tried to recharge a prepaid mobile [protected] on today afternoon and the transaction also successful but on this above mobile i got a sms from erchrge that "bill payment of rs.149 successful with receipt no." (Screenshot attached). No recharge done. I want to know that what is the bill payment of any prepaid number? Which receipt number is this? What type of transaction is this?

I think sim upgrading is free for all but i was charged 25 buks by them.
I was in a hurry that's why i paid for it..
They told me free 4g sims are not available right now and you have to pay for it if you waana upgrade your sim card.. i talked with the customer care services and they told me this is totally free.
Why they charged me 25 buks of a free sim card...
I want my 25 bucks back.. i am totally Disappointed...
