I have handed over my Asus vivo tab grand new to service center in Hyderabad on 18th July 2014. (RMA INY7470059 / SN D1OKAS044607) It is more than four months now. No body responds properly. Every time I am on the phone for more than 45 minutes. They say we are escalating the issue. I have never seen any worst service such as Asus in my life. Please do something and get them to respond to my issue and solve it immediately...

Got it repaired and within 7 days developed the same issue. I asked for replacement but ASUS support barked about warranty terms and conditions. They are cheating Indians by selling Chinese Junk at 17000 INR. I will never by ASUS and request all to stay away from it....

No proper customer support for Nexux 7 tab

We had purchased google nexus 7 2013 version on 27 th may 2014 from flipkart. We used just for 2 to 3 months Later on, it didn't start up at all. Asus Zenfone 5 - Screen Dead - Service Center blaming me without any justifiable reason

Hi. This is what happened with my Zenfone 5. The display conked while I was using the phone. I visited F1 solutions in Dadar. phone after service is not fine

I have zenfone 5, there was a problem in my phone it was not getting on 3g, and it all happened after upgrading ur software. After 10 days i got my phone back from service department.
