Dear Team,
I have lodge complaint with my newly purchased laptop Asus F202 vivobook on Aus helpline/ call center.
Issue: Laptop takes 4-5 hrs to get fully charged and battery backup is too low as 2- 2:30 hrs. Asus is not ready to accept that there is a slow charging and battery backup issue with my laptop.
Asus service center has taken my laptop 3 times for repair but not accepting fault in their device (notebook),...
