I would say Bharat matrimony photography service is worst. They do not keep up the promise they will say that all cost includes everything but right from the wedding until post wedding shoot they will create some confusion. As per mail communication from Bharat matrimony, i am supposed to receive a refund amount of Rs 800 with in 4 working days.Its been 15 days amount not yet credited and as per communication with them it will take time depending upon their policy.my complaint no with matrimony is 13854978.

They give a false promise to refund the money if there is no response. I have the membership 3 times. every time after expiry of the membership, i will get an interest acceptance and there will be no response from them (they won't pickup the phone) after taking the membership. BM will not take any action on the profiles shows that those are fake profiles created and managed by BM....
