I have been consistently trying to reach my relationship manager since 3 weeks now. He is not picking up my call. He is not sharing any profiles with me, as promised on a weekly basis. The person who sold me the deal is not responding my calls as well. I do want my money to be refunded if they cannot provide the service as promised. I am a paid customer of my bharat matrimony, they blocked our profile just because other member did call me and i couldn't not have received these call because i was bit engaged with other priority activity. I dont know when bharat matrimony customer care people had called me and again missed these call.

They blocked my profile on these basis and i lost my 3 weeks paid duration.
