I have booked 3tickets for kottiobbha3 movie, movie didnot released and didnt play, its been 20 days I didn't get any refund amount kindly help me to solve this, contact me [protected]...

I had buy 2 Tickets through Bookmy show for DHAM DHAM DHAMA CHAKADI Movie at Suraj Cineplex, Junagadh (Gujarat) on Dtd.18/10/2021 and Show time 05:30 p.m. Ticket Rs.286/-

But, it show had been canceled by Cinema.
So, I had 5 to 7 days lots of time call to customer care of book my show regarding refund of money. When my turn came in call, call disconnected and not answer my call till today. Suraj Cineplex is also not...

I have a Coral Debit card which has this benefit to get 25% per month at www.bookmyshow.com.
But whenever I try to use it on bookmyshow app and website, I get the error that my card is not applicable....

Movie suryavanshi in carvery theatre was played early than mentioned in my book show. Movies timing when we booked in my book show was 7.45 but the movie was started at 7.00 .ie. on 7/11/2021. We need answer for this...

I have booked ticket on[protected].15 PM for Kotigobba 3 (U/A) date and timings[protected] show time 4.30PM, that day license was not released, but my amount deducted from bookmyshow of Rs.1188.80 for 4 tickets.

Also i have raised complaint to Helpdesk, they are also not helping.

Please check and help the same...
