While i am booking movie tickets. Tickets not booked and money debited from my account. In book my show app showing refund initiated and money will refund in 7 to 10 days. Its been more than 20 days my money not refunded. Book my show not resolving my issue....

BMS has not refunded my money for postponed Gaurav Kapoor show that was supposed to happen on 20th Nov, 2021 I opted for refund as I will be in another city on re scheduled date I.e. on 3rd of Dec 2021. I have tried every possible way to contact them but they are not picking up my phone and give a standard answer on their chat box (to go to purchase history and cancel the ticket but they have not updated the date in their site)...

I have not received my refund amount after my show got cancelled. its been a month by now. They are not lifting my calls too....

Today I was booked my ticket from book my show and amount was deducted from my phonepe UPI but ticket was not booked so what will be the refund time of my ticket's amount..?...

I have booked 4 tickets for ETERNALS on Bookmyshow on 5th November 2021, unfortunately tickets not booked and amount debited from my account. And I have an email from Bookmyshow that refund will be made with 5-7 days. No response from tele team and app support. Now it's more than 14 days....

I booked a movie ticket on 4th November, but the tickets was cancelled. They debited the amount, now the date was 19th November till now they didn't refund my amount...

I have purchased filmy pass one week ago for a upcoming movie but i haven't got any code from the website even after the payment confirmation and the website also provided a payment received confirmation also and they are not responding to my mails . How can be they just irresponsible, and the customer care number not connecting to them they are just escaping from the customer, it's just shame to them, i think this is the way they are earning...

Bookmyshow does not provide proper information about the event and also has customer service which is not helpful at all.
I have booked couple tickets for Sunburn Groove Cruise worth 55000 and scheduled Nov 13 -15. Received an SMS saying weeks later that the event got postponed to January 22nd 2022.
