I was book two tickets for malayalam movie. On march 2nd, 2019 at 11:08 AM I tried booking 2 tickets for aquaman at pvr 4dx, galleria mall, panjagutta, hyderabad. Amount of Rs.777 was debited from paytm wallet but I received a message that due to some error tickets were not booked.It has been almost 5 days since that day but still i did not receive any refund.

I'm kanchan shinde. I booked 2 tickets for badla movie using my bookmyshow.com for fun time at glomax, inox kharghar for 9:25am show for the date 10 march 2019 using bank of india net banking. For transaction amount of rs.252 was debited from my account. This transaction was done around 1:02pm on 8th march 2019. I waited for 20 minutes but i didn't receive any sms from bookmyshow for conformation of tickets but i have receive sms from bank...

I booked a movie ticket yesterday online through bookmyshow, my experience was worst. The amount got deducted from my bankaccount however the tickets were not booked through bookmyshow.
I contacted bookmyshow customersupport however there is no responsible behaviour from them. Bookmyshow customer support informed that my amount will be refunded within 5 working days.
Why i should wait for 5 working days when tickets are not...

I booked movie tickets of 'gully boy' from bookmyshow on 16th of february, 2019 and paid from amazon pay.
Amount is deducted and transaction is success from amazon pay, but bms shown me transaction time out and ticket was not booked.
Please help me to resolve this issue and help to get back my money in amazon pay wallet.

After a payment failure twice from bookmyshow's end, website blocked my paid coupon code.

Since i had to complete the booking, completed with another gateway and bookmyshow charged me thrice for one booking. Customer care representative told me i will be getting a new voucher for the same in 24 hours. Received a mailed after 24 hours citing they were unable to generate voucher code

This is a big fraud from there...

My wife had called bookmyshow yesterday it was not received and after few minutes an executive from bookmyshow called back. When i wife mentioned what she is looking for, he said he will guide her though and took her through steps to register and something. While doing that immediately he charged close to 80k on the card, we got worried and he started saying he did that by mistake, but when we checked he bank the money has gone to multiple...

I sri sushant routray from bhubaneswar, odisha booked two tickets of movie uri from bookmyshow. Unfortunately rs.202.12/- has been deducted from my sbi a/c (Screenshot of said transaction is attached), neither ticket confirmed nor any confirmation got in my gmail or in my mobile message.
So, kindly refund my money as soon as possible.

Tickets were not book due to some technical error in the site but amount of rs 413.92 got deducted from my savings account while booking movie tickets through book my show for srs cinemas shimla. Atm wed seq no[protected] and atm id bdr0001 and time of transaction was 2.35 and date of transaction is 20th january
Please refund back the money back as soon as possible...

We have booked in box 5 tickets online for movie visuwasam in vasantharaja theatre pondicherry through book my show, but while entering into the the theater we come to know that the chairs was in broken condition. We had informed the same to the manager but they had not not responded for a while, after shouting they have provided normal chair.

I have booked 4 movie tickets amounted rs 522.80/- using phonepe upi transaction. Ticket not booked but money deducted from my bank account and a cashback of 30/- has been got to the phonepe wallet. But not showing the transaction failed in the purchase history and any other information regarding this booking in the bookmyshow app and no messeges came to my mobile number saying about the refunds... I want my money back...!!!...

I paid using amazon pay as i have cash back offer but at the end of the transaction i'm getting #-2105 error, this happened to me continuously for 3 times, 2 today and 1 before a month. Just wanted to know if book my show is trying to loot money from customers as all three times money has been detucted from my bank account. High time bookmyshow need attention on this issue....

I raised an incident id - [#7691182] ] but no response from book my show! Details below. I tried to follow up nd they gave this ticket number and after that nothing, no response.

The below tickets were booked and i haven't received any cancellation or reimbursement but when my parents went to the theatre with the message and ticket they said the seat is already given away...
