I have booked a ticket for which show begins at 10:50. I am a bookmyshow superstar and i am provided with an option to cancel ticket 20 minutes prior.

I tried from 10:20 to cancel as it was raining and my zoomcar booking was canceled. I was unable to cancel and i contacted bookmyshow at 10:32, after a while they asked me for a screenshot and i gave them at 10:40.

I had purchased a movie voucher for 100 rupees for the movie mission mangal. When i applied the promo code and tried to book tickets for the movie on 16th august 2019, due to some reason the transaction failed. So i started the booking all over again. Bookmyshow an online movie ticket booking company is charging an extra amount towards internet handling fee, depending on the tickets we book. These charges are unfair as per the rbi rule, i question the govt using this platform that when there is a rule, why these business people are not following? Why the govt and people are not concerned about this? On top of it why consumer should go to court to sort this out?

My show of the movie spiderman far from home was scheduled on 4th july, 2019 at 11:40 a. M. At inox gardens galleria mall, raibarelly road, lucknow.
The employees of inox told us that due to malfunction of air conditioner of hall, the show has been cancelled. They also told us to contact bookmyshow.
So, kindly refund my money of the ticket.

I booked a ticket for spiderman ffh on july 5th, the offer on payment for amazon pay was min 30 rs on 150 rs that means 20%.
But when payment was done of 262, i received only 31!!
Why the refund was less? Also if there was some rng here, this was not mentioned on coupon as well as this 'luck' factor on refund should be mentioned.
