I have booked 3 tickets in mysore drc for 3d movie 2.0 on 30 nov 2018. Once i entered theatre only came to know it is 2d. But i have selected for 3d movie only in bookmyshow. I had no other option other than entering into a 2d movie. Even in the ticket no where they have mentioned as 3d or 2d. I have reached drc reception to get it resolved but strictly they have mentioned it as this ticket is only for 2d. Even i can see there are few more...

I tried calling customer care number on 28 nov 2018 at 2245hrs. My call was kept waiting from 25. My call reached waiting number 1 at 2325hours. I was waiting for customer care executive to lift my call till 2355 hours. But no lifted my call after continuously waiting for an hour. So kindly i request to take necessary action against bookmyshow customer care service accordingly. My mobile number [protected]....

I have been offered food copouns at a restaurant name 'deccan pizza" at chitralaya mall visakhapatnam but there was no such restaurant in the mall or at its surroundings and the number was also not working pls find below information.

I have booked 2 tickets for 17 nov sat at phoenix imax mall at lower parel, mumbai today but when i got a ticket confirmation it is for 16 dec fri, i. E. Today, which is very annoying. I first thought i must have made a mistake, but when i go to the app and rebook it, i select 17 sat, and when i go to the next page it changes to 16 fri! How can a reputed app like bookmyshow have such a stupid error is beyond me. I raised a query on the support...

I had made online payment of Rs. 335.40 for a book my show transaction through the BookMyShow app under reference number IGAEPMHLV4 on 21/10/2018 at 9.39am. The said payment was successfull from Bank but failed at the theatre. I have received sms and email from Book my show intimating that a successful refund process has been completed by them and the refund will be credited to my bank account directly within 10 working days as maximum limit....

I am from bengaluru and was in chennai when i received a message that reservations were made for some hindi movie in new delhi using my wallet amount.

I booked ticket online on 18/10/2018 and i paid rs 472.80 rs and it got debited but the booking was cancelled and i got message that it will be refunded and i got message after many days that it was refunded along with auth code-[protected] but the amount is not reflecting in my account.

I am an old customer of bookmyshow. Because of app changing my location automatically to delhi, wrong ticket was booked which i immediately within 10minutes brought to the notice of customer care executive. I have requested a lot to cancel my ticket and refund my money but nothing done. I then asked to compensate me by giving some kind of bonus that can be used while i book the next ticket on book my show, but unfortunately nothing has been...

Transaction was successful, but ticket not booked and amount got debited from my account. Worst experience. Customer service is most worst, should hold the phone on for 1hour to contact them
Further they sent a mail that the amount will be credited within 7 working days, but its already 13 days up still the amount has not been credited.
They are fooling us by deducting our hard earned money by failed transactions and looting...

I have booked tickets for tamil movie. On 12th october and i have charged two times for that booked ticket. I have ordered food and beverages from bms app on 21st october 2018, order number is : wq9bxpt, carnival cinemas (Ameerpet).

Before start of the show:
I showed the order number at the counter and the guy told me that it is not updated in their system and it will take about 45 minutes to get it updated, they took pictures of the seat number and the order id so that they can give it at the seats during...

Bookmyshow is not at all customer friendly. Their offers are mere for attracting users but in reality bms do not want user to take benefit of the offers. It happened to me twice and bms do not want to take any feedback from customers and do not want to do anything. I have lost 1000+ inr in two transactions done through bms.

When i asked for refund, bms customer support do not want to give any offer....

I ordered two tickets for the movie " The Villain " in vaishnavi theatre, uttarahalli main road and I payed Rs 280.48 through Google pay. Amount has been deducted from my account and the payment has been successful but I got a message saying the booking was unsuccessful.

Booked 9 tickets for a movie on 16th october 2018. Had booked on their site for 10.20am show on 17th but received tickets for 10.20pm show. When we realised this, tried to cancel on the same site and failed. So tried calling helpdesk at 10am on 17th, where kept holding in queue without any progress. So finally asked for a call back by their executive. By the time the call came it was 8pm and was informed that cancellation was not possible...
