I purchased an American Tourister suitcase in November 2010. Have taken it on two trips. When I reached Albuquerque on the second trip, the zippers on the outside pocket were both snapped. I am amazed that I did not lose the book that was inside this pocket. I purchased an American Tourister bag Exp Upright 64 for Rs 3320 in July 2010 from Lifestyle outlet. I have used it only once since then. On my 1st trip itself the cloth on the bag piping has torn off. This bag was loaded in the luggage on the plane.
