pl complained about my apc inverter on 6 apr no responses as on now today is 26 ...I have a baby of3 years...I have to suffer ...still no response. ..are apc inverter made in china ...use and throw...worst response from call centre guys also... pl help me to solv...

Never buy a product of APC. This is what I have learnt after purchasing two inverters. Two dealers/distributors in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India, told me that the company follows very unethical practices of not replacing the battery even within warranty period on flimsy and whimsical grounds. I am a victim of this fraud by APC. I have two years warranty as per the literature supplied at the time of purchase but they are now saying that...

As I have purchased two APC inverters & battery through tambaram Viveks on 9th Mar.2012, but till date there is a problem in installing the same. After lot of phone calls from various person in viveks as well as APC installation team. One fellow has came yesterday for installation and said that there is no provision here so first you do proper wiring and then we will do like that told and went back, please...

The company tecnician damaged the inverter while doing the servicing. Thereafter we have informed the company about the damagehundred times; but the company did not entertain us in this regard. Meanwhile the warranty period has been over. We want the company repair the same at free of cost. Please help.

I had purchased an invertor APC MODIL 800V, from Digitec, Bangalore on 30/04/2009,
After purchase there was no annual maintanance from the company, after repeated mails, a repre esentitative visited the premises after 6 months, but, again from one week invertor is not functioning, I complained in their toll free contact.

I have been facing problem with my APC inverter for the last two months. After having got the machine changed thrice and the battery once, the inverter still does not function properly. After every two/three hours the machine starts blinking and flashing signaling "fault".
