Contract no: [protected]. Date of contract: 27 Dec 2021. Got maintenance for 5 years to replace filters every year and free maintenance every 6 months. Have to keep sending emails to get filters changed. First year there was no maintenance at all and had to go through a lot of hassle to get the filters changed. Again this year I am getting a run around with Reliance and Havells. Free maintenance every 6 months is a big lie. Secondly, taking money for maintenance for 5 years is nothing but a scam. I request customers to not buy any service maintenance from Reliance. Havells keep saying that they don't deal with the issue as the amount was not paid to them. Very poor service.

Raise a cancel request for AC purchased date 26/04/24
Still not delivered.
Store guys confirmed will not be delivered within few days.
Hence need to have refund...

Recently I had a visit in their Reliance seawoods - Grand central Mall store and took a M2 Pro, where within one day of puchase has severe issues like battery were not getting charged ( despite plugged in for 9 hours ), screen getting freezed and non responsive. I bought refrigerator worth 54k and not delivered after many days. Store guys not picking call and when in called support, they said there is no purchase order on my name. Do I need to visit store again after paying money and request them for delivery ? After payment done, I need to beg ?

I have purchased an AC from Reliance Digital on 19th of April. I am still waiting for installation.

Being its Reliance, I took the risk of buying assuming better service but they are sick people sitting at the service centre...

AC was purchased from Reliance Digital showroom in Infinity Mall, Malad West, Mumbai on 20th April 2024 and got it delivered next day on 21st April 2024. It's been 4 days of delivery and still have no updates on the installation of AC (which they promise to install within 24 hours of delivery). On their ResQ app status reads as Allocation of technician is pending from 21st April and does not change in the past 4 days.
