[Resolved]  Sony Ericsson — Service and repairs

I had got the Joy stick of my Sony-Ericsson K750i repaired from a Sony-Ericsson service center in Gurgaon, but after 2 days of that the phone display went white, and when I took the phone back to the service center the manager refused to handle the phone he said that the phone may have got damaged due to the software getting corrupted or some problem in the main board of the phone, how ever he confirmed that the Cap of the Joystick was not fixed properly. The cold response from the the Store manager made me write to the Sony-Ericsson customer service mail id, how ever I did not get any response from them.

Sony Ericsson G700 Mobile Phone — Poor Service

I brought sony ericsson G700 handset1.5 month back but suddenly its touchscreen stop working...i contact to the retalier from where i brought he said it will rectify in 15 minutes only and when i visit to nearest custmer care center, they said it will take 8-10days but today it almost 25 days but still i didn't recieve my handset back. it's really too poor service...can somebody help me in this?????

Myself Ajitesh, Advise you please not to buy SONY ERICSSON cell phone . If you buy after my good advise you will remember my words and hope no one help you on the same because the responsible person and service centre of sony never accept any kind of problem & fault by there product . So you need to pay equal amount of cell phone cost just for repair in local markets . So please if you have more money donate to needy person rather than buying sony cell phones. If a single person will not buy with my advise i will thankful to god atleast i save the precious money of a ood person.

I bought a Sonyericsson F305 in Wave tell Chennai. I got display problem in it..(i.e) some times screen will go bright ant automatically it will disappear..To solve this problem i went to ACCEL FRONTLINE LIMITED which is located in Nungambakam Chennai.. they solved the problem and then created a new problem.. i mean they broke up the camera button.. since they don't know how to handle that phone they done this... now i am making ti ready in some Sonyericsson authorized service center they been doing that with a pay...and then they telling me to wait for 15days... can u please sent the required parts soon to ur service centers Pls
Sony Ericsson's customer care service is west that i ever seen... please take some action againest ...please do some ...or give some feed for do it...officialy where i have to complain .[protected]@gmail.com

Sony Home Theatre Ddw - 685 — false commitment by store manager

Dear Team

I have purcahaed a sony home theatre model no:DDW 685 as on 01/01/2009 from Big Bazar-1(Near AXIS Bank, Bhubaneswar, Orissa.The deal was finalised by the Store Manager Mr Niaz Ahmed.

I took the delivery of the product with a commitment from Mr Niaz that the remote control instrument and the cover material to cover the home theatre will be delivered within 15days(i.e 16th of Jan 09), from the date of delivery.

After repeated follow ups till date i have not received the materials.

And the same was assured by Mr Niaz again and again.

The product is of no use to me without the remote and it is difficult to maintain without the cover.

It is a branded product bought from a branded retail outlet.So as a customer i have every right to approch you if not then the legal institutions of the country will be approched.

Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

my hands free for j132 did have proper audio on one side .so i went to the service center in madurai near hotel park plaza.they sent it for warranty replacement on 9/2/2009.then i didnt get any call.so i called up on 19/2/2009.they told it was ready but when i went there and checked i dint get my hands free i got a different models hands free which didnt fit in my phone.they told me to wait for a another weak.i cant keep waiting for my hands free because my phone has f m what is the use when ui cant hear it.please do the need full.my callno is:mdu-se-121278/2008.
i brought a k790i, at last 10 month . ihave some problem my mobile and also told service center jayanager, bangalore. but not not my problem. my problem is photos overloap. and another problem is handphone, i give the handphone in sevice center. he told after 1 month take the handphone but 50 days donot retrun and he told, to call the customer care and bring the handset to home devilary so please send the my handset in my home .

Thanks for the concern on your customers, TODAY i received a call from the cservice center ACCEL FRONTLINE LIMITED, Greams Road 600006.Stating that "you have received a replacement for your mob W760i".They are Insisting me to get C702 instead of W760i.I an confused why my WALKMAN series mobile to be replaced with a CYBERSHOT mobile.I am not contented with it.I wish it would be better if i am provided with Sony Ericsson's Chennai branch MANAGER nos.If i dont get a consoling reply for my problem.my further steps would be severe.My next step would be in filing a case against the SONYERICSSON COMPANY, For the INCONVENIENCE, MENTAL STRESS, TIME DELAY, incurred to me due to the above case.

Sony Ericsson Mobile Phone — Company not giving waranty

Sir

I have purchased Sony erisson Mobile phone in the month of March 2008 in Mibile store. Now the Mobile not working because in SIM accesing is in repair. I went to sony Ericsson Service sentre for repair my mobile but they are telling i should change the entire inside Board this will not cover under Warranty . The cost of Board is 5, 00, 000 (Mobile cost is 7, 250) . This problem not only for me like me some other customers also have this same type of problem. Kindly solve this problem. I advised so many my friends dont go for Sony Ericsson because they are not giving any warranty cover.

Sony Ericsson — Faulty Handset Complaint and Harrasment.

I Mr.Fenil Goradia. I had Purchased A Sony Ericcson W302 Handset Form THE MOBILE STORE Dahisar (W)
Branch on 07/01/2009.
The Handset is Faulty. The Battery of the Handset gets Drained very Fast. If completely Charged in the Morning the Battery is over within 2 to 3 Hrs, and the Phone was Getting Hanged up for 10 to 15 Sec.
I went to the Sony Ericcson Authorised Service Located at Borivali (W) Name: S G INFOTECH, with my complaint on 06/02/2009.
From that date I have not yet Received my Handset.
I was Given the time Of 1Week when I Submitted my Handset after I called them to ask the status . The guy told me to come and collect the Handset, but as i went there he told me that the handset is not ready and to come after 2 Days. The Repaired Handset was also Faulty and now till Date the Handset is not ready.

I have got Harrased with this issue.
I want the replacement for my handset with a different Model, as i no longer have trust on that Model.

Sony W150 Digital Camera — Delivery not received and credit account debited

I had purchased a SONY DSC W150 DIGICAM from rediff shopping on 25th Jan 2009 and the amount debited from my credit card on the same day, I was informed by rediffmail on 4Feb that ‘Order number- 5151013 has been dispatched via TNT Couriers with the airway bill no[protected] today‘. Please be assured that the same would be delivered to you shortly.

But till today, I haven’t received the item. I hope rediff.com didn't cheat me. Kindly update me by when I will get my item.

I have bought sony k530i on 29/08/08 from Spice Communications, Gurgaon. I have given my handsfree for replacement to your service station i.e. Tele Gizmos, Sector - 17-18, T-Point, Opp Air Force Station, Old Delhi Road, Gurgaon on 09 Feb'09. They told me that my handsfree will be replaced latest by fifteen days. When i went to them on 24 feb'09 they tole me that they haven't received the replaced handsfree till yet and said Even there are no chances that my handsfree will be replaced in two months as they are not receiving the replace handsfree from someone called "Solara". Now i just want to say that whenever i'll get my replaced handsfree becoz it is now 16th day nd i haven't got any satisfied response from your side. Either send my handsfree at the service centre or please call on my no. from where i have to collect the replaced one. Waiting 4 ur quick response...

I have purchased w580i and just couple of months back the warranty had expired. And now the set is not
powering on. I went to the service centre Accel Frontline Ltd nehru place delhi and they told me it is not repairable as the motherboard is faulty. Previously i had faith on sony but now i will never buy sony handsets.

So customers be aware of buying sony handset .
I bought F-305 recently and it started giving problem from the next day itself. The service centre person told that the mother board need to be replaced. I was told that the cell will be repaired in 4-5 days. Its been 15 days since then but till date i have got back my cell. Every time i call up the call centre they dont have any answer. I tried to talk to the regional manager also but its of no use. All these people are very unprofessional and their service is the worst. I strongly recommend not to buy sony ericsson..
