[Resolved]  Aircel — balance deduction

My name is S.Bhowmik. My number is [protected].Today Rs.15 have been deducted without my concern.some tumi to ho dialer tone have been activated without my concern. i called up 198 the executive immediately that person told me she doesnt have the information so call back after 2-4 hours. i called back after 4 hours then a executive forced me that i have received a call number starting with 1400 and activated the service which i didnt.i dont even receive calls from number starting with1400. then he transferred my call to his supervisor and i waited in the queue for 10 mins but no attain my call.then again i called back 198 the executive then told me there is no service activated. i told how can it be possible.then he gave a number 155223 and told me to call this number and deactivate the caller tune.and then call 198 after 2 hours for further details.i am very know to aircel and my connection not 1 month old i am facing this kind of issues. hope my issue will be resolved shortly or i will stop using aircel and opt for port out.

श्रीमान जी मेरे मोबाईल नम्बर ये है [protected] और मैंने 22 जूलाई को आप के यहाँ पर complan की थी aircel company ने मेरे 39 रुपये काट लिए और अब 198 और 121 कस्टमर केयर फ़ोन भी नहीं लगता और 600 sms भी काट लिए है और मेरा बैलेंस भी नहीं लोटाया है

I have recharged with 70 Rs And Got 75 Rs Balance But Unfortunately Aircel Deductios My Balance on 09 July and 12 july .
Aircel deducted my 70 Rs.
But I Didn't activated any type of service.
I want my Money.

I am facing balance deduction issue on 08th July 2015. There is deduction of Rs 90.00 from my prepaid no. [protected]. I tried to coordinate with customer care again and again but i not receive any proper response. Kindly have a look on this matter and sort out and refund my amount as soon as possible.

Dear Sir, I Hitesh mishra and my no is [protected].. Every time i received message from aircel company and every time company deducted 10 rs amount from my balance . i call to customer care to solve the problem but i did not get any possitive response from company.. kindly solve my problem and refund deducted amount.

Problem- Default Internet Browsing

From the past 45 days there is a random reduction in my balance for internet usage i lose around 0.75 rs to 12 rs. where as i am using a very basic hand set which doesn't even have a radio in it, so how do you expect me to use internet in it,
i am done losing my money for the service that i not asked or applied if this problem is not resolved permanently, legitimate legal action will taken from my end

Aircel — Balance deduction

My aircel number is [protected]. A balance of ₹80 was deducted from my number on 10th of july. I complained about it to the customer care and they said that the complaint has been made you will get your refund in 24 hrs. but that didn't happen. Further ₹99 were deducted on 14th of july and the same happened again. Then on 21st of july ₹30 were deducted again and that too they didn't refund. They just asked me to call after 4 hrs. and when I did that they denied to have any registered complaint under my number previously made by me. I even had the complaint number with me given by the executive but they still denied to have any complain under that number.

I complained about it to the customer care and they said that the complaint has been made you will get your refund in 24 hrs. But that didn't happen. Further ₹99 were deducted on 20 july to 22 july and the same happened again. Then on 21st of july ₹30 were deducted again and that too they didn't refund. They just asked me to call after 4 hrs. Once again i have call & she is gave me a complain no. And say aftr 24 hour i v done and when i did that they denied to have any registered complaint under my number previously made by me. I even had the complaint number with me given by the executive. . .
And beside the balance deduction, I've been trying to activate DND since july 1st.
I am told that DND is activated but I still receive messages.

Well sir I haven't downloaded any of the packs that you are talking about. You send me the links even when I have DND activated on my number. And even though I don't click on the links you charge me for them. You even make a "so called complaint" for refunding the amount and then you just give excuses when I call again.
If I have DND activated how come I got the link for the packs told by you?
You are exploiting your consumers. I want my refund as soon as possible.
